69-year-old Flora Spencer had been staying with her husband in a van on a dirt road behind Bordertown when she left to get supplies on Thursday, August 22, 2019. She is described as being 5-feet tall, 90 pounds, and missing front teeth. She was last seen wearing a floral shirt and carrying a purse (as shown in the attached photo).
