I don't think his attorneys will be able to explain the evidence away. There's too much of it and it all points to only one person. I would be surprised at anything less than a conviction.
I would too. In fact I would not be surprised if this case was eventually settled. Lindsey will not set foot outside prison walls for a long, long time. At this point it's just a matter of how long.I don't think his attorneys will be able to explain the evidence away. There's too much of it and it all points to only one person. Such a tragedy. [emoji17]Today Melinda would have turned 24,
Happy Birthday Melinda,
Prayers for her family today that they may find peace, those first special days without your loved one are so hard
Any idea why the case keeps getting pushed back?
Is SL being held in jail?
A delay in trial must be agony for Melindas family I had hoped things had at least been underway. Praying for justice
Trial date.. Sept 21- August 2.

"You can't expect an attorney in a murder trial to do depositions on 116 people," he said.
Rogers cited a 1985 Indiana Supreme Court ruling that a defendant must ask to have a witness list trimmed before trial and said he was amenable to calling someone not on the list for rebuttal.

Polarek argued that she and Chief Deputy Prosecutor Matthew Frost couldn't trim the list of civilian witnesses without knowing what the defense theory is.
Rogers said, "Our defense has been clear from the start he didn't do it," rather than one of self-defense or that he wasn't at the scene.
