@Tippy Lynn - how come I can't find any of them in the Indiana court site? I just looked & only Kirts has an open case, but that is for strangulation & domestic battery.... and I noticed that you use Doxpop. Can you give me the case #s that are on there - maybe I can find them that way on the court site that I have access to?

Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek life without parole.
Tippercanoe County 2/20/19: Theft where value of property is between $750 to $50K. Carroll County 2/16/19: Invasion of privacy-Defendant violates an order issued under I.C. 35-33-8-3.2-No plea entered. Carroll County 2/21/19: Invasion of privacy-Defendant violates an order issued under I.C. 35-33-8-3.2-no plea entered.

10/8/19 Update: Parker agreed to plead guilty to assisting a criminal for her role in Bowen’s death. The plea agreement came with a one-year prison sentence, on a charge that carries a sentence of one to six years. According to the plea agreement, Parker also will serve four years in prison for being a habitual offender, based on felony convictions in 2018 for unlawful possession of a syringe in Jasper County and in 2004 for burglary in Tippecanoe County.

KENTLAND — Newton County Prosecutor Jeff Drinski anticipates all four cases involving the murder of Nicole Brown at a trailer park just north of Kentland to be resolved by Jan. 8.
“I have made plea offers in all the cases,” said Drinski. “This will prevent the family members from having to relive the event all over again during a trial.”
