That does not look like the dog that I remember from the Alaska man. And I don't see much of a resemblance of the man to PRH. Thanks for the photo though.
The 'J.C.' we keep referring to here is the very same name you mention, those are the initials of the man our detective here came up with after a long search as a possible 'fake Paul R. Harrod' The only difference is 'our' J.C. has the last name of Colombo with an 'o' instead of a 'u'. We have been discussing his F.B. page on this thread. It's complicated, lol. 'Our' J.C. is from Yonkers. And he isn't 87 yrs. old but younger I believe. Height different. What an interesting coincidence you have come up with! Also, the 'fake Paul R. Are you saying JC is referring to a dog he had in the 1960's on some of his fb posts? I'm really not sure how it all could fit together or if it does. Are we thinking possibly MT goes to Alaska in the 1960's/1970's after his many problems with the law in the midwest. MT writes his family for a bit but then MT gets arrested again in AK-- his legal problems are not going away. Then maybe MT reinvented himself as JC in the 70's as a means of escaping the law? MT disappears and JC appears. Is that possible? (I don't know JC's timeline, sorry). Then maybe JC briefly used the false identity PRH in the 90's to marry, but perhaps he couldn't get a SS number or the proper paperwork to make PRH appear legal, and abandoned his wife to go back to using the JC name, eventually going back to Alaska as JC? Is that remotely possible or are there two many overlapping time periods where both MT and JC identities were in use? Or am I misunderstanding this whole thing and JC is a real name not another alias? Does JC have parents/other close family members that he interacts with on social media? Does he have childhood photos of himself and friends that went to high school with him? Can it be verified that JC is his birth name? JC sounds like a fake name to me, but maybe because I've never met anyone with that surname IRL. I know the tv series from the 70's, lol. Which, coincidentally, that TV show was popular around the time when MT disappeared from Alaska in the mid-70's.

Yay, an update! Ok, well I kind of wonder if your Sheriff will let you go to Alaska for work, but maybe you can find a way yet to confirm or not.
