Recovered/Located IN - Rachel Followell, 37, & Charles, 2, Elkhart, 4 Sept 2018

Rachel Followell and her 2-year-old son Charles were last seen Sept. 4 while driving a 2002 Ford Windstar with Indiana plate 942EEW.

Rachel is 37, 5-foot-1 tall, 181 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes.

Charles is 2-foot-5 and 30 pounds with blonde hair.
