Both the animals looked alive and well to me, for what it’s worth. TJ seemed to have an affinity for birds and cats. What made him kill, though? What in the world?

Has anyone looked at RM MyCase? I have been going back and forth with all this. And thought there has to be more to it all. So I did a little detective work. The paper showed his street address. So when I typed him in and looked at his address. It shows so many charges. Strangulation, residential entry, batter, drugs the list goes on and on. Plus think about it. If RM knew TJ was such a bad person to his current GF SR why would he go over to his house? I read that she was from down south and recently moved in with RM. Things just don't add up.

The bird is definitely NOT dead since I have seen it since that photo. TJ adores that bird and loves animals. Also, the cat Mel is NOT dead. I personally held him today.

Upstream there is a post about an accident he had in Jan 2017.
On his facebook page he is drawing a face in an inch snow on the hood of a reddish car - possibly his.


MOO I am assuming as reported that they came together to after work, assuming the company runs regular shifts they would have gotten off at 7am. Its a 7 minute drive from Arconic to TJs Apartment.
Arconic is where TJs instagram says he worked.

GF called police at 8:05am and reported TJ was in her and RMs apartment and RM missing, RMs apartment is a 5 minute drive from TJs apartment.

Police were out looking for RM and at TJs complex by 8:30am.
A witness saw RM at TRJ's apartment that morning. And thank heavens they did, because that sighting is probably the reason police were able to get a warrant. I believe the witness also said there was no sounds of a fight, but I will have to look back the articles more.

The "vehicle" with the smiley face is a Kubota RTV400CI/RTV500 at his previous employer and that is a coworker not TJ.

No disrespect but from what

He would be smart to take a plea.
I am assuming he will get life without parole. Even with previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, especially with it being premeditated. There are murderers in Indiana who don’t get to use mental illness, they just throw you in prison and make sure you get your meds daily.

They fought at work the week before this happened. Not physical, verbal.

Ryan was one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of calling my friend. The world is a darker place without him in it.

No disrespect @mommylicious but when I looked up RM on MyCase and confirmed address to make sure it was the correct RM. He looks like he has a pretty bad past. Strangulation, drug charges, residential entry, battery in front of a minor. Looks like his probation was getting ready to be revoked and he had court on May 28. Maybe there is all more to this then we dont know. Things just don't seem to add up.

Hope investigators are taking a look at this at this convoluted background (I call it the underbelly in the town) and drama. Teenagers do that, and sometimes there are people aged 30 going on 17. I have to to head off here for tonight. I truly hope DNA will be the ultimate answer and a presser is scheduled with evidence soon to connect the dots. It is so hard to be patient.

Very odd, yes there’s more to this, I agree. From what I can make of the above link, after RM plead guilty to Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person in Oct/18 it appears he was granted parole including a Specialized Driving Permit with an Interlock device. But according to the above he violated that agreement early May which typically indicates his Drivers Permit was also revoked. If so, was he driving illegally if it’s true he drove TJ home from work that morning? Or was TJ driving RM and his vehicle back and forth to work? RMs hearing was to occur on May 28th and he potentially faced 364 days in jail.

@Jabarn yes, it is hard to wait. I have been following this just like everyone else. But something seems so off. If RM started dating his ex and she had a protection order on her why move down the road and start dating a coworker. Plus RM having been in trouble with the law. From what it looks like a protection order is all I could find on TJ plus a ticket. Makes no sense at all. Only time will tell.

He cared very much for all animals especially ones in need. I am not going to comment/discuss the case because I do not know the facts of what happened that day. Just wanted to clear up things that I know 100 percent for sure.

Seems like there was to be more to this all. I went online and looked Ryan up. I was very suprised to see how much trouble he was in. Looks like he was getting ready to get probation revoked and had a warrant before this. He would have been going to court on May 28.

You ought to get a Sleuth Award for this! It have to say it never even occurred to me that RM might have a prior criminal record. It’s a possible reason why the two men might’ve been together that morning if alcohol and/or drugs were a common denominator in both their lives. That doesn’t excuse murder whatsoever but it does make the tragedy seem not quite so strange.

Yes it sure does. If the girlfriend was scared of TJ she should’ve had as much reason to be fearful of RM, given his prior criminal record <modsnip>

I’m feeling quite disgusted at RM right now, just as much as with TJ although I appreciate RM is also the victim here.

Maybe she was playing them both. But since she moved so close to TJ I think she was playing the victim. @MistyWaters really makes you wonder. Looking at social media and what others are saying on WLFI and JC online. TJ has lots of support. I was suprised at first. But the more I read it really makes me wonder. If he was this monster that SR and some say, Why does he have so much support? I dont know if you follow any of it on fb but I was floored at the people saying something doesn't seem right. I seen a lady that posted she worked at gas station and TJ came in all the time. She said he was the kindest person you would ever meet. My head spins lol
