One thing a good lawyer needs to be able to do is be a great speaker ..JB is kust PAINFUL to watch .

whoever's idea it was for them to be sitting there eatting ?? That was awful ...

With all due respect, the state hasn't leaked any information out this entire time. Is this about the Sunshine Laws? That goes both ways once the defense or state asks for discovery. It is not one sided for the state. Besides, if anyone has been leaking info, it's the defense to WESH. The state did not do anything shady or underhanded here.

No this is about a reporter that covered Grand Jury every week for a newspaper and had a great rapport with prosecuters and was often given tit-bits that enabled them to follow up elsewhere (thereby never having to name a source)

Have a look back through reports on the chloroform ... look at the date of the first stories to when it was released publically. Nothing to do with Sunshine Laws (and God Bless them too)

I am watching in session and I must say I find JB rather a nice guy. enjoyable when he isn't defending ICA. I think he comes off as icky because of who he is defending. I gotta give him credit for being willing to make himself a disgusting person by defending ICA. She has to be the most hated person in America. I think JB would be a very likeable guy if he wasn't defending her.

I think Court TV seems rather shady profiling JB and trying to get sympathy for his side. Why would In Session want a killer like ICA to get off by trying to garner some points for her side of the case?

I followed this case close while they were looking for Caylee but not so much after that. I have been watching In Session since all this started up again.

I like JB, Casey has a good lawyer working for her in my opinion.

I do think Casey is guilty, I'm not sure about the DP though.

Ima

She might have a good one but if I were her I'd want a great one and he is not it. MOO

O.K. I finally can't take it anymore. I have been listening to In Session in the background while I'm working away on my laptop. Now, because of all of the droning of Jose Baez's voice, I have a migraine and am about to throw up. (okay...so I'm being a little facetious).

This whole showcase on Jose Baez is like fingernails on a chalkboard. He is so delusional. Such a perfect match for KC. He REALLY believes he is an outstanding lawyer. Lovin' the attention (IMHO). Says that he is called "Juanie Cochran" by his peers. WTH??!!

The only part I believe about that is when he said that he "skipped class while in law school to watch the O.J. trial".

As bad a lawyer as he is, I believe he skipped most of his classes. The pathetic thing is that he will have more work after this case is over than he could dream possible!

I guess it's just me, but I have NOTHING for a Lawyer who won't pay his child support. Shame on him! :innocent:

Did you catch where he said he had had to pinch himself a few times? He pictures himself a movie star.:floorlaugh:

It's infuriating. They first aired this right before JS, and now the day before the trial...disgusting.

I'm with you here Strawberry...and darn if my fingers aren't starting to go dumb. At least they aren't hurting now...sitting on them for too long. Losing all sensation.

Well I have no personal knowledge of him not paying child support etc. My only knowledge is that he comes off rather bumbling when defending ICA and my knowledge that he defends her. But he seems to have a nice personality during this interview that In Session is doing. I wouldn't choose him for my lawyer tho!!!
