Here's something that's been on mind for awhile. Do you think that CA would have ever called the cops, and reported Casey if she had any idea they would all be where they are today? KC in jail, and on trial for her life? Part of me thinks if she knew this would happen, and that Caylee was no longer alive, she would have totally covered for KC. I think she might have never reported it at all. Anyone else think this?

I have to admit that my eyes were welling up hearing how frantic Cindy was in that 911 call when played in the entirety . Had to take a break for a few minutes ..

Yes. I will never forget the first time I heard that anguished call for help. It broke my heart to think of what she was feeling.

Me too. And then I remember how quickly the terror turned into cover up. That's even sadder, IMO.

What I want to know is what the defense is going to say happened to Caylee? They already said the babysitter was a lie. So whats her story of where Caylee went? I don't believe for an instance that ICA is going to admit to ever harming the child by accident or any other means so what will be their story as to how Caylee got away and ended up dead??? With heart stickers etc and stuff from the Anthony's home?? I do not believe a jury will believe that CA or GA harmed the child. You can tell what happened with them thru the 911 tapes. Unless somehow they are going to try and show that GA did it.

O/T Kind of... I have been thinking that with only 49 seats to the public in the court room.... and those being a pool to get tickets .. My main question and concern is will CA and GA and any others with the A's have to get tickets also just like reg. public? I have looked on different news stations at seating charts and see named media and public seats only... Anyone have any Ideas??? TIA It will be very long days for them if they have to wait in line starting at 5:30am each day to get those tickets daily... I wonder if this is why HIS HONOR granted them to sit in gallery knowing have to get tickets like everyone else????

They should be allocated seats. I know there were reserved seats in Petersons trial, and I doubt LE want them wandering around outside alone with the public.

She has already said she would have "waited" to report Caylee missing... I took that to mean that Caylee would have never been reported missing by Cindy and that they would have all cleaned up Casey's mess. MOO

Wow, really? She admitted that?! I hadn't heard that one yet. I truly believe that she would have never called if she knew. I have no idea how they would have explained to friends and family where Caylee was forever. Maybe they would have all packed up and moved. Who knows.

Me too. You really hear the anguish in her voice and worry about the child all over again. Makes me sick to think what happened to that child.

Aaah yes, I will not forget that Baez and the A's opposed the Prosecution's motion for a Gag Order on this case

Just in case anyone forgot..Casey was facing the Death Penalty when Baez stated the above at that Hearing.

Tattoo artist on IS now....he called LE after he realized ICA was in his shop after Caylee went missing. He said scary part was that there was no emotion on ICA when she came in for the Tattoo she said child was with the nanny....he believes Caylee's death was an accident.

He thinks the evidence points to ICA but nothing about ICA's demeanor triggered him to be worried. He related her to serial killers who people speak of as being the nicest people in the world.

Yes. Within 72 hours she began to spin, spin, spin and point the finger at others. Unbelievable.

I agree. IS spoke with the guy at the tattoo parlor whom I gathered might be on the witness list. The guy said "what's hard to believe is that KC was always sitting on the couch being attentive to Caylee. She would be playing with her and feeding her". I started rolling my eyes wondering where that attentive mother went when Caylee died.

I was wondering the same thing. He stated that KC brought Caylee into the parlor pretty much from birth and that he saw her grow into a toddler. What was KC doing hanging out for hours in a tattoo parlor? Pretending to be at work?

I think that them blaming innocent people for this crime is going to make the jury mad. Roy Kronk called in three times in August to report something suspicious and LE dropped the ball on that. Their best bet is going to say that yes, Caylee died in Casey's care and call it an accident... good luck trying to convince a jury that, but blaming innocent people is not the way to go.

I always wondered when and how old Caylee was when this occurred...
I have never been to a Tattoo shop...does it smell like chemicals in there?
