Body is found inside trunk of missing man's vehicle

Police officers found a body in the trunk of a car parked on the Northside on Sunday afternoon.


About 4 p.m., a resident of an apartment complex near Michigan and Township Line roads reported a bad odor coming from a red 2000 Monte Carlo parked at Cambridge Square North.
Police who came to check out the complaint found the car was registered in the name of a 32-year-old Southeastside man reported missing in March, said Lt. Doug Scheffel of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

I wonder if we had this young man listed as missing on here. I tried to search for a thread for him but without a name was unable to find anything.

His name was Shawn Quick & he was 33. Here's an article I just found.

You'd think LE would have checked his car when he was reported missing.... unless I am reading into it and the car was not parked at HIS residence....
