IN - Terry and Darleen Anderson Murder, Mungo, 22 Oct 2005 - #3

I just wanted to post a THANK YOU to all of you!! Your support is awesome!! Please keep your ideas and thoughts rolling because you never know one of them could be the break we need!!

You're welcome! And if I forgot, welcome to WS. Always great to have a new set of eyes on the cases we sleuth at WS!

Bold by me. Why do you think A would go telling stories like this? Where A and TD tight at any time? I too agree all family's need justice and if someone is wrongfully accused their name should be cleared.

If I forgot earlier, welcome to WS. Always nice to have a new set of eyes on the cases we sleuth here at WS.

:waitasec:I really don't know why she would tell stories like she does. The only thing I can think of would be because of all the drugs she is doing/has done.Yes,A and TD and Q were all pretty tight at one time.

Were Q and TD pretty tight? or did they just associate through work kind of thing. I know sometimes coworkers socialize but wouldn't exactly call each other 'friends'. I'm trying to get a better understanding of the relationships between A, her circle and TD.

I wonder, how long did A knows these people, was it years? a short amount of time? Did A meet this group after HS? or ????

Thanks!

:waitasec:Q TD and A were all tight friends at one time. They worked together and were friends outside of work. They all went out and done things together outside of work.Alot of times they would all meet at TA house and have cook outs and go fishing and things like that on the weekends.A and Q met TD when he started working at the same company as them and TA.TD was assigned to the crew with A and Q.When he first started working there he was asigned to a diffrent crew but after a few months he was put with them. They all became fast friends and done alot together.A and TD knew each other for a few years, however long it was that they worked together. It would make sense why A and TD got along so good if she was doing drugs back then also.I don't remember exact dates or anything but I do know that A,TD,Q and TA were all really good friends and they all got together on the weekends and had had cookouts, went fishing and rode 4 wheelers and things like that.TD didn't hang out alot with TA during the week but he would hang out with A and Q during the week and then on the weekend they would all hang out together.

Does anybody know if Q was pulled back in and questioned after him and A split up?Or since TD is in jail? It's just a thought, now that him and her are no longer together and TD isn't around, maybe he would have something to say that could help.:banghead:

I'm sure Q was questioned initially, don't know if he has been since. Don't know who has been questioned regarding TA and DA's murders since TD was arrested either.

I have to wonder what happened that TA sent TD and Q back north when they went to work after Katrina.

I can't help but be curious if the Tree trimming company did drug tests on their employees. It seems like the company would have a heck of a liability if they chose not to, and one of their employees had an accident or caused an accident while trimming trees. Maybe that question was asked early on, but I don't remember.

It also seems to me, Terry would notice A, Q or TD being high around him, especially being a recovering addict himself. It's hard for me to imagine TA hanging around 3 known drug users, especially since he was so actively involved in the program. Unless his time socializing with them outside of work was to help them get help for their addictions?

Maybe Terry just recently figured out how actively involved those three where in drugs, he confronted them, and this was retaliaton for finding out they were doing more than recreational drug use.... Maybe he gave them an ultimatum to get help or he was going to turn them in? Maybe not to LE but to the company?

I dunno....

I think you are on the right track.

Thanks DK. If someone gets busted with drugs, especially quantity large enough to be charged with intent to sell, there are pretty high consequences. Not just prison time, but loss of property which the state can take away if they believe those items were paid for by profits from selling drugs.

I can also imagine someone being pretty pissed off if they expected to make a nice sum of money working with the Katrina recovery.

The combination of the loss of income being sent home from the Katrina recovery and the threat of loss of income from selling drugs might be a big motivator to get rid of the threat. Plus, knowing TA had a nice sum of money. Maybe someone felt that money was owed to them not having made it working the Katrina recovery.

Of course the above is pure speculation, but certainly not so far out there it is not a possibility.

This forum has been silent for way too long now. I keep hoping for some news and an arrest. I know the waiting is difficult for me, I can't imagine what it's been like for Rosco and her family.

Rosco - You and your family are in my thoughts. I hope you had a wonderful Mothers Day!

~TCO~ Keeping the faith that justice for Terry and Darleen will happen in 2010.

Thanks for the Mom's Day wishes.

Always keeping the faith TCO.. One day will be 'the day'....

All my best.
Rosco

<<<HUGS>>>

Rosco, I can't imagine how difficult it's been for you and your lovely family to wait what has to seem like an eternity now, and still not have the answers you seek.

I wish I could offer more than my thoughts and prayers, and believe me, if there were anything more I could do, I'd be doing it in a heartbeat!

There are a lot of us here that want to see justice for the perpetrator(s) of this horrific crime that are also painfully aware that the wheels of justice at times can move so slow that the waiting seems eternal. The fact that you keep holding on that hope that your day will come, with such patience and perseverance, leaves me humbled.

That day will come, I hope very soon, so that you and your family can move forward.

Justice for Terry and Darleen and those who love and miss them, in 2010.

~TCO~ as always, keeping the faith......

Locals are starting to say that when they ask LE about the case, that LE tells them the have a POI and expect an arrest at some point, but obviously no details are ever given, or a timeline. So who knows, but several people have now said the same thing.

Excellent news DK! Knowing LE has a POI but will keep it close to the vest until all the i's are dotted and t's and ready to not only make an arrest but are able to ensure a conviction. Responsible thing to do imo.

thanks for the update!

I think that's always been a big thing with LE in this case, not wanting to make an arrest until they are SURE they can get a conviction, because obviously they wouldn't get a 2nd chance due to double jeopardy. And while people sometimes get impatient for an arrest (not surprisingly,) that's the smart thing for LE to do. An arrest would do no good without a conviction.

I just talked to Rosco and Iron Man was a complete bust. The Musky Club did a horrible job promoting it and there were other issues. She is quite irritated, needless to say. Hopefully she will have time to come on here and talk about it. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers!

Ugh, poor Rosco. I can only imagine her frustration. I wish I was closer and could do something more concrete to help.

Oh no! That sure isn't what I was hoping to hear. That's not what Rosco needed, dang-gone-it. I just want to give her a hug.

Rosco, sweetie, I'm so sorry to hear this, makes me sad in my heart........

I'm sorry to hear that. Hugs Rosco. I wondered if the weather perhaps had something to do with it? Or if that was far enough from the Chicago area and all the crazy weather we've had.
