For the sixth time in less than four years, a man freed from the Marion County Jail at least partly because of crowding may have gone on to kill someone.

Authorities said Terrance Anderson, 22, was booked repeatedly for various offenses, then released from jail in the months preceding his arrest in the slaying of 16-year-old Tyric Rudolph on Friday night.

Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi said Anderson skipped at least five court appearances and twice failed to comply with terms of his release.

From November 2006:

http://www.theindychannel.com/news/man-gets-140-year-sentence-for-murder-attempted-murders

A man already serving a 60-year sentence for killing a 21-year-old man was sentenced Friday to 140 years in prison for murdering a 16-year-old boy and the attempted murder of 12- and 14-year-old boys.

Terrance Anderson, 23, killed Tyric Rudolph, 16, and shot the other boys near North and Gray streets...

Anderson has been serving a 60-year sentence after an April murder conviction for killing Thomas Edmondson, 21, at the start of a 24-hour crime spree.
