You're welcome; love that little guy waving at me!

Booker got an attorney for the LE case; no date on when that happened. I don't see any report of him hiring one for the case with P&C. Will he show up for his court date today without one?

Wondering what RTSC stands for??

And yes - I have those dates for Booker that you just posted. :)

@Niner I hope you didn't look it up again. :D Here's what you said the last time I posted about RTSC.

"Wondering "what" RTSC stands for... so - looked it up! :)

What does RTSC mean in court?
If the contempt is constructive, then you must file a Rule to Show Cause (“RTSC”) and serve it on the other party. At the RTSC hearing, the filing party presents their evidence as to the other person's alleged violation of the order."

IN - Vauhxx Booker, attempted lynching, Lake Monroe, Bloomington, 4 Jul 2020 *arrests*

9/14/21 Update: Monroe Co: Initial appearance hearing rescheduled to 10/18/21. Marion Co: Pretrial conference hearing on 12/7/21.
10/18/21 Update: All three men agreed to participate in restorative justice meetings. Cox & Purdy did their part but Booker dropped out. The prosecutor told Booker that if the restorative justice process was not successful, then she would charge him for his part in the altercation. The restorative justice issue & a slightly contentious back & forth between the attorneys. Booker was unhappy that neither of the accused has spent any time in jail, both being out on bond. Prosecutor said Booker may be 'danger to the community'. Judge takes Purdy & Cox's requests to dismiss charges under advisement. A prosecutor said Friday, that given former Bloomington resident Booker’s arrest last weekend, she would like the court to review whether bond needs to be set in his other criminal case related to an altercation at Lake Monroe because he may be a “danger to the community.” The special prosecutor in the case, Sonia Leerkamp, said that she initially did not request bond in the Lake Monroe case because Booker had been cooperative, but she has changed her mind given Booker’s Sunday morning arrest on suspicion that he shoved a police officer outside an Indianapolis bar. No further dates for Booker on Monroe County case.
10/18/21 Update: Johnson County/Lake Monroe: Indigent Counsel appointed at County expense. Court issues Order to appointing pauper Counsel & appoints Eric Risk by Judge Lance Hamner. Next pretrial conference hearing on 1/20/22, final pretrial conference hearing on 2/10/22 & trial to begin on 3/1/22. 11/5/21: Motion filed: Monroe County public defender's office files Request to Decline appointment of the public defender or in the alternative to appoint outside counsel. 11/10/21: Court issues Order Granting the Monroe County public defender's request to be withdraw. Court advises defendant that he must hire private counsel, as the Court has deemed him ineligible for appointment of pauper counsel.
11/15/21 Update: Hearing on 11/15/21 was rescheduled to 11/29/21. RTSC vs. Booker/Watkins-to be held in Johnson County. 11/29/21 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 1/20/22.
*Sean M. Purdy (44/now 45) – Next pretrial conference hearing on 1/6/22.

@FrostedGlass - they cancelled those hearings & trial - no charges are going to be made for 1 year - is what I understand - and they will have that "Alternative Disposition Through a Restorative Justice Process".

How does the restorative justice operate?
Restorative justice refers to a process for resolving crime by focusing on redressing the harm done to the victims, holding offenders accountable for their actions and, often also, engaging the community in the resolution of that conflict.

Does that mean Purdy & Cox's will also be cancelled?

I think P&C's will also be cancelled.

They all agreed to the process before but Booker backed out. P&C did complete the process, though. IIRC, B claimed P&C weren't really sorry and they were just doing that to avoid prosecution. I'll post a little more about this when they update P&C's cases.
