If this was planned, I wonder if Susan inviting JoVonna over screwed up the timeline of Josh's plan for the day, and he thought, "Just great! Fine. Whatever. She can come over and I'll look like the doting hubby/father."

Then, even after Susan goes to take a nap, JoVonna's not rushing out the door, so Josh is all, "You know, I think I'm gonna take the boys sledding now, buh-bye!"

Quick clarification here...Josh was actually the one who invited JoVonna to dinner. Susan called her after church and asked her for help untangling a big ball of yarn she needed to finish crocheting a blanket for Braden. While she was on the phone, JoVonna heard Josh say in the background, "Is that JoVonna? Invite her to stay for dinner."

Personally--I think he wanted a "witness" who didn't know the Powells long (she'd known them a month or less) to say how nice and caring he was that day.

I now think that when Chuck Cox said JP wouldn't leave his computer to take Susan to the hospital when she was in labor with Charlie, I bet now he didn't want to leave his to take his wife to the hospital!! Or maybe he thought someone would find it on there and wanted to back up his hard drive before he went and that would take a long time so he had her parents drive her. How sick would that be to have him busy with his child while he wife was in labor with his first child?!!

WVPD not releasing these pics to WA state is disturbing. I imagine they were going to be part of the murder case. Maybe they were going to say they thought Susan had found them.

I know there was a court order in Utah not to release anything in the investigation of Josh.
