Inconsistencies in DB's Story

who is nobody? jim Spellman has stated he has talked to her also.

I'll have to go back and re-read Jim's posts. I was certain he said she was always polite in telling him she couldn't talk to him, but that was the extent of their conversations. Off to look.

If so then it makes even less sense than it did before.

If the lights that were on only entail the lights that are always on, and the lights that were turned off were still off when JI came home then why on earth was the lights being on presented as evidence of a strange occurrence pointing to an intruder?

Why did Jeremy make a fuss about the lights that are always on to begin with being on? Hasn't he ever noticed that these lights are always on?

JMO but only deceptive people or people with feeble understanding would respond a question about turning the lights off that follows a discussion about lights that were strangely turned on during the night by referring to some other lights that they turned off.

It was said in the Dr. P. interview that JI prefers all lights being off. I take that to also mean the night lights/oven light. She said he follows her around to shut them off. So, his 'fuss' was that she didn't do something that she would have done if he was there.

Take it for what it's worth.

It could of been a simple question of:

While you were watching tv and while your mommy was outside, did you see/hear your baby sister? I think the older boy would be able to answer this with some sort of clarity, especially in the first interview.

Also, to clarify, that 2nd interview came a month later, not two. Also, the interviewer was an FBI appointed person, with years of experience.

Years of experience doesn't do too much good, when you are laden down with the restraints of a criminal defense attorney. The boys are a weak link and the parents are keeping them sheltered. It is not for their protection but for the parents protection, imo.

The lawyers were not present in the room when they were asking questions, were they?

They weren't allowed to give the interviewer pre-scripted questions, were they?

I don't see the impact of the lawyers. Especially after the first interview, when there was no lawyer there.

It ain't worth much. Does that cause a mother to JUMP up on high alert? OMG! she says she immediately knew something was wrong. It was at that point that they together went into Lisa's room. What took these two units so long to call 911, anyway?

Are we going to have another excuse like "Jeremy didn't know he had a phone in his pocket"?GMAFB

There were no such restraints at the first interview. Everything was only a few hours prior. The boys are old enough to know what happened when, especially the oldest one. There is no reason why they wouldn't know if they saw the baby that night or not. LE has not asked for any witnesses to come forward as to the last time the baby was seen. It seems they are satisfied with this answer or they would have been asking the public as they do in many other cases where the last time seen is in dispute.

Eh, neither do I. Some people hate any and all defense lawyers and think no one should ever have the right to representation. Prosecution only, defense should apparently not exist I guess.

15 minutes is not a long time. He did go to SB's house first, remember (SB would of collaborated this). What exactly is a 'unit' btw?

who is nobody? jim Spellman has stated he has talked to her also.

This is what Jim said:

"Now, maybe more important are the people I HAVE NOT interviewed: Deborah. Jeremy, Samantha Brando, John Tank, Dane Greathouse. A couple chats with Deb, but nothing significant"

It has been four months and DB has decided that Jeremy exaggerated. Why didn't she say that in the very beginning? The number of lies/inconsistencies grows each time she/JI speak.

I think the better question (think it was asked earlier) is how did RR get access to DB, enough to talk about things like her drinking that night?

Exactly! LE has not asked the public for help because they know this crime was home grown. The answers lie within the family. They know that and they want to question them some more and the parents are resisting.

RR said he knew about this (from DB) for some time, which to me would mean before Dr. P. So you can't say they just figured this out now.

And yet in the Ayla Reynolds case, LE did ask the public for help. I guess that case is not home grown, right?

15 minutes is a VERY long time when you baby disappeared. Most people would be dialing 911 in less than a minute.

Parents caught in another lie. The lights were a red herring, as are the phones, the drinking, and the window screen.

And add to (1) the lights ... (2) the window screen ... (3) the phones ... (4)the drinking :

1. The "alleged sighting" by the [male] "neighbor" who saw "a man walking with a baby" ... NOTE: the "wife" of this "neighbor" SPOKE ON BEHALF of her husband -- the "male neighbor" has NEVER spoke publicly ...

2. The "alleged sighting" by Mike T who saw "a man walking with a baby" ...

3. The "White Blob Sighting" by the gas station ...

4. Jersey ... how "convenient" to have a "homeless man" in the neighborhood with a "criminal record" to "pin this on" SODDI ...

5. And now "enter" the Brando's ... I have heard some strange SODDI Theories -- but JB or SB ... Nah ... Nope ... This makes absolutely NO SENSE at all ...

All JMO and MOO ...

I've always found it interesting that JI visit to SB was left entirely out of the 10/31 People magazine hard copy edition.

Did the going to SB's house to see if she had Lisa really happen or was it made up?

Not if you didn't know it right away. Not if you thought that she may be at the neighbors house.

What exactly do you think they could of done in 15 minutes time? And then, why wait 15 minutes? Why not 30 minutes or an hour?

I guess there are a lot of liars who live in KC, huh? :waitasec:

If LE isn't satisfied with when the family last saw Lisa, i.e. thinks they are lying, then wouldn't they go OUTSIDE the family to check on a last reported sighting? Not letting the public know there is a discrepancy in the "Lisa was last seen" timeline wouldn't make any sense. LE would essentially be saying "Well, we have no confirmed sightings of Lisa after Sunday, so let's just sit on that."
