India's top judge have told a accused rapist to marry his schoolgirl victim, so that the man can keep his job, and stay out of jail. More than 5,000 people have sign a petition that the judge should quit. Is it the victim who should be sentenced to a life of rape, and abuse, from a man who have been stalking her, raped her, and threaten to douche her with petrol, and set her alight, if forced to marry the man, or is it the man who should be given a long sentence in jail?

The rapist is married to someone else so he protected him until trial.

The women of India are standing up! At least those that aren't petrified. I believe the Judge's daughter is a lawyer. His dad definitely was. Not understanding the complete culture I believe it is this Judge who refuses women/girls of menstruating age to enter Temple.
