I've been wondering about that rope. I don't see how a rope can be tied to a sleigh bed. It doesn't have the bed posts. Did'nt JA say he or she was tied to it at one point?

Only JA could figure out how to get tied up to a sleigh bed.

Jodi reminds me of this crazy lunatic I used to know .. she used to be incredibly promiscuous and proud of it .. would sell it to guys like she didn't want a commitment and 'was like a guy' when it came to sex and just wanted to have 'fun'.

So they'd pick up a casual relationship with her which was fine at the beginning, and she would brag to everyone about her sexcapades which made everyone who heard them sick.

Then the minute the guy would pull away she'd turn all vindictive and start sleeping on his doorstep (literally) and make out like some kind of hard done by ex-girlfriend that made no logical sense, since she had sold herself as his 'bit on the side' all the way through.

She also tells whopping lies and loves nothing more than the sound of her own voice if she hasn't changed, and has all kinds of dodgy logic to justify herself.

There are some freaks out there, and unfortunately guys fall for it all the time.

I know! and she goes on and on when answering questions....almost like she's Bi-Polar on the high side. I've never seen anybody so HYPER all the time! I wonder if she is on Adderall?

I wonder, with JA knowing Travis' passwords to everything, did she have his financial/banking information too?
Did she steal money too?

At first, those deposits she made just stuck out as very, very odd.

I have considered that she could be paid for her *talents* along the way and made cash.
Maybe her beauty and nail salon trip was paid for as a favor payment?

Most folks with cash do not deposit it. I'd rather have cash in hand than a debit/credit card.

I don't think the odd banking practice and her receipts that are strange will be left unknown by Juan. I think he's got a huge surprise coming for us.

On another thread, it was said that there was a discrepency of $800.00 in acct according to Travis' sisters. But I personally haven't seen anything other than this post. Beth Karas speculated she could have taken cash from his home after she killed him.. Sounds plausible.

I think he went down on all fours in the hallway at some point and she sat on him and pulled his head back and slit his throat. She is trying to turn him around.

I suspect that she sat on him also--but I think she sat on his chest stabbing him while he tried to grab the knife and fend her off. She had already stabbed him in the back by then.

The reason is because of the petechiae (sp?) on his back. If you look at the lighted enhanced shower photos, you will see a speckling of blood spots appearing in tracks on his back. I have been researching this and they say it is caused by pressure stress. In another crime, the one where the male sat on his wife on a workout bench and smothered her with a weight bar, her back had petechiae all down the spine.

After doing that, he is still gargling and gasping, so she slits his throat to shut him up, etc.

I don’t happen to care for JM’s courtside manner but if I’m to follow this trial I’ll have to deal with it. IMO JA will be found guilty in spite of JM’s brashness.

Thank you for disagreeing without name calling. I'm sure his style isn't for everyone, but at the end of the day, if it works for the jury then I'm ok with it. I would rather listen to him then Nurmi. Nurmi drives me nuts. Do you like his style? Honest question.

Slept in her car, couldn't afford to be seen at a motel. Must have cleaned up at side of car with bottled water, bathroom in the desert or behind a bush! That is sick!

This "cleaning up on the side of the road" stuff bothers me. Blood on her hands & steering wheel??

But no blood (hers or TAs) outside of the master bedroom.

NONE on washer/dryer knobs or doors
NONE on dishwasher handle & nob
NONE on dog fence thing
NONE on front door, garage, or sliding doors.

only small speck in downstairs bathroom sink & small watered puddle on washer lid.

---and the shower pics...if he agreed to them, why is the camera bag outside the master bedroom by the lovesack (evidence marker 31)?

I can't imagine them both going "let's take shower pics, but lets stop at the top of the stairs to get cam out of bag & leave bag out here."

If she had cleaned up on the side of the road as she said the hire car would have been covered in blood evidence so that is complete bunk along with everything else she has said. She lies about things that don't even make sense and that she doesn't have to lie about.

Also she's aged about 10 years in the last 2. I don't think her time in prison has been such a smooth ride.

I can say that I've never seen a tougher lawyer than JM. He's asking a question and she gets snooty & won't answer. Now he states his exact question to answer and she defies it. (Not to be confused with de edify etc...) Where did this word originate? I found it on free dictionary.

I guess I'm not an edi·fier n.

I agree. Like, what is the point of lying about how she cut her fingers STILL when Burns and Udy saw them? I guess she wants to convince she really wasn't lying to them that day (ok) or to open the door up to them saying it was her left ring finger that was cut and tying that back to Travis breaking it (which did not happen). Ok, I get it. But why go to SUCH lengths? We know she was there, we know she killed him, we know it is very likely she received cuts to her hands that way, since there WAS BLOOD ON THE WALL! So why? Just let the issue die or whatever instead of making it worse for herself. But she just can't stop. If I am a juror, I don't give two shites about some cut she got at work one time. It has nothing to do with this case.

Yes, I love that. And that is because the defense is grasping at straws and losing. Every. Time. When the truth is on your side, you are bound to win a few battles.

She has the camera set to "flash". When the photo was taken the flash fired.
She's covering it with her hand.

I look forward to Juan's cross of these experts. If they have been following the testimony so far, they are going to be less than thrilled to get up there to testify. JA was not abused, she was not in fear. The "experts" will look like fools if they even touch a battered woman story. But, they are stuck with their reports. I hope JW does the direct. Please! If not, I don't think I can watch.

Actually I'm disappointed in most everyone associated with this trial. Add to that, IMO, JA is overcharged.

What I find so interesting about human nature... I read here and time and time again posters will say..."Jodi said" and believe it, actually try to make her words fit, make some sort of sense or consider it truthful for at least a minute!

If Jodi said it... It's not credible without tangible corroborating evidence.
