They can do a "mock" jury. I know that there was one done in the Peterson case.
Mock jury, I thought that's what websleuths was?
Fact 1: largest jury ever
Fact 2: very diverse group of people from all over the world
Fact 3: respectful, we do not verbalize anything, we submit all of our questions in writing
Fact 4: our questions are reviewed by representatives of both sides, both are free to answer or we will answer for them
Fact 5: equal representation, if a representative is not available, we often will answer for the other side, sometimes even answer ourselves
Fact 6: we are a resource of information for both prosecution and defense
Fact 7: we continually use references (ie. quote each other) when responding to ensure credit is given and q/a flow smoothly
Fact 8: experienced team, we have more 'seat time' than any jury, anywhere
Fact 9: we save taxpayers a ton, since we are all volunteers here
Fact 10: we follow instructions, those that refuse are removed from the jury and their comments are stricken from the record.
I don't know about anyone else, but I believe we have this mock jury thing down to a science, in fact we probably have a verified scientist in here somewhere...
