What you consider evidence, I do not. Let's go through your list.
1. Lawyering up within a few days of baby missing
Not evidence of a crime
:waitasec: Let's see ... they have 1, 2, 3 "defense attorneys" -- 2 local and 1 from New York ... :waitasec: Oh ... and the lawyer from NY brought in their own PI ...
2. Refusing to be interviewed separately
Not evidence of a crime
This is SOP by LE to SEPARATE the hubby and wife -- BF / GF ... Besides, JI is a "grown man" and DB is a "grown woman". JMO ... but DB has been the more "controlling person" during the interviews ... JMO, but I think DB is afraid that JI may slip -- or vice-versa ...
3. Drunken mother who things she may have passed out
Not evidence she harmed her child
A "drunken mother" who has 3 children in the home and passes out -- I would call that NEGLECT ... :waitasec: Is "neglect" a crime ? While it may not be evidence she harmed her but DID AN ACCIDENT OCCUR ?
4. Clothes removed as evidence of what Lisa was supposed to be wearing
Not sure how that automatically counts as evidence against the parents
IIRC, the clothes taken that are listed in the Search Warrant "might match" the clothes that the parents told LE Lisa was last wearing.
5. Mother who never checked on sick baby for ten hours
Evidence of neglect, not murder
Yes -- evidence of neglect ... and anything is possible when a baby is neglected ... could it have been an accident ?
6. Cadaver dog hit in bdrm
Evidence!!!
Yes ... :waitasec: sure wish we knew WHAT the dog HIT ON ...
7. mother fails poly
According to DB herself, which may or may not be the truth as it has never been confirmed by LE
LE has confirmed NOTHING about poly's in this case. JMO ... but DB knows she failed that poly ... and LE knows it too ...
8. no evidence of JI wanting to take poly since Oct
But yet there was evidence of LE not required one of him immediately after BL went missing, which is the best time to do a LDT
Again, LE has confirmed NOTHING about poly's in this case ...
9. No pleas for child from anyone in family
Evidence of being bad parents, uncaring, not murder
JMO ... but their "silence" is "hurting my ears" ... it is "deafening".
IF someone DID kidnap Lisa, then why aren't they "screaming from the rooftops" for LE to help find their baby ?
10. no evidence of an abduction
The only way you know this is if you know evidence that LE has that does not point to an abduction
Hmmm, not necessarily ... IF there was evidence of a "kidnapper", wouldn't LE have some sort of obligation to tell the people in the neighborhood that a kidnapper is on the loose ?
11. monitor on, but mother doesn't hear a thing
Was the monitor on when she went to sleep? Is this linked somewhere?
Not sure if the monitor was on ... but Deborah herself admitted that she was "passed out drunk" that night ... IDK ... do people hear monitors or anything else when they are "passed out drunk" ?
How very convenient ...
12. Their dog doesn't bark
Wasn't the dog in the back? Who said the intruder went through the back?
Dogs will bark immediately if it is someone they do NOT know on their "territory" ... and they can sense things "a mile away" ... DB/JI's dog should have BARKED even if it was in the back IF an intruder came on their property ...
:waitasec: unless someone gave the dog some "boxed wine" or some other goodies ...
And JMO but their dog NOT barking indicates that there was NO intruder ...
13. No evidence of parents trying to be cleared so case can move forward
This is standard procedure until either a perp is caught or confesses
SOP is for LE to CLEAER the Parents FIRST -- then LE can move outwards ...
Not happening ... any time soon anyway ...
Finally, the town was showing up with the torches and pitchforks. They were calling it a vigil so they asked them to get off their lawn.
