Honestly...I hate to say it but this reminds me of the Caylee Anthony case. I don't care if I was drinking and smoking crack and prostituting myself, I would risk going to jail if it meant telling the police the TRUE and accurate story to get my child back.

Why would DB LIE? Doesn't she want her baby found? Unless she knows something we don't know and isnt in a rush to find her because she knows Lisa wouldn't be found alive....

I always suspected DB from the start, and I still hope I'm wrong, but this story is not right.

I don't think you are........... They are suspecting the right person for a VERY good reason.

Deborah cares about Lisa the way Casey cared about Caylee.

She needs to SHUT. UP!!! If she is guilty, she is implicating herself with every word. If she is not guilty, she is making it impossible for LE or anyone else to believe she *isn't* involved. MOO, involved or not, I think she's losing it, and she needs to get out of the media spotlight for the sake of the other kids if not her own.
Cops are just loving this.

Good Gawd no i want her to keep talking. I have a feeling she wont now that she has JOE. moo

Why the heck does she keep looking up and to her right every time she answers a question? Driving me batty....

I KNOW!!!!! Is she right handed? If so, supposedly that means she's fabricating, inventing a story.

There is still much more interview to air. They are going to drag it out...

If any of ya'll discover a place to watch this live on-line, please, please, post it for those of us who don't have this TV channel and want to see it sooo badly.

Let's not be too judgemental people!!!! What parent hasn't given their infant a few nips of momma's medicine?! The only REAL CRITICISM was giving her boxed wine... that's just wrong! With my daughter, it was Chivas in her sippy cup or nothing.

(The above is humor by the way. We never gave the baby Chivas. Couldn't afford it. She drank vodka. :floorlaugh:)

Anyway... I am not leaping to the "mom gave the baby booze" conclusion here. I don't buy it. Nor am I buying the "alcohol induced accident" theme that I am sure mom would like floating around out there. In my opinion, my totally unsupported guess, mommy killed her little girl and tossed the body in the river, and everything else is just a sociopath lying and crying.

The police know all this and more.

My goodness. She has no idea what happened. How sad is that if true?
I've always drank after I put my kids to bed. Verses going out. I always thought it was the better thing to do as I couldn't live w myself had something bad happened while I was out boozing it up. Never occurred to me, at the time something could have happened at home just the same.
Until a few years ago. Mine are teens now. My fiance and me thought we would drink it up for belated New Years. I did not even get trashed. But I was drunk and absent minded when I was woke up out of a dead sleep by screaming teens. I was so panicked I couldn't speak to 911. Thank god my children were alert this evening as my youngest would have died because I was passed out. All ended well as this was due to bad reaction to new Meds I have given my son before I started drinking. I was reamed about possible oding him. I knew I hadn't but let me tell you I was so embarrassed as I rode in the ambulance as I watched them save my son and as I was questioned in the ER. Although I give DB the benefit of the doubt still I will never get over the guilt I felt that night and to this day. Im thankful this didn't happen while mine were small. I learned my lesson and I no longer drink when I'm in charge. Personal info but had to share. This could be anybody. I don't care about what could have happened I would call rescue no matter what. If she did black out and doesn't recall, she's still culpable. Imo. I know I would have been. Ugh this is awful.

I agree that when people say they drank one or two they're often lying.

But her skin is flawless - her nose is small and smooth, and pale. I don't see any evidence at all of her being a really heavy drinker.

Sorry to sound dumb, but I'm allergic to alcohol so I've no clue how the size of one's nose relates to heavy drinking... could you explain, I find this interesting!

Thanks!

New theory.

While Deborah was drinking out front, baby Lisa got out of her crib, crawled and somehow got outside on the deck and fell off. This hit me yesterday when I saw a photo of the back of the house. Now that we hear that Deborah was drunk, this makes me wonder more.

This thread is getting into bashing. Discuss reasonably the interviews. Yes you can be angry. Stop the bashing words though.

Could DB have also felt like she was no longer the Apple of some ones eye,

and some Innocent sweet baby girl was....?

I will see if I can find something, however I'm betting that FOX won't put it up until the entire story is aired so that they can get their ratings.

Taking a prescription anti-anxiety or antidepressant is not considered being a drug user, nor is it recreational use.
While true, I recently read a story that stated prescription drug use is quickly becoming popular among illegal drug users. MOO

  • #278
Now, again, with this new info that she was also on anxiety meds while drinking even presses home harder the fact that she didn't do this alone.

There had to be someone else. She was drugged up and drunk - hard to think clear. Definitely not able to get us "here" with no signs of anything - LE is baffled.
