Exactly what I was trying to say. And isn't it strange that this supposed intruder child killer who leaves tDNA (the flimsiest of dna evidence) has never committed another crime ever since? At least that we know of.

Exactly. Not that was know of. And there was an attack on another little girl 8 months later in the same town.

I did not say that.. I believe it was made to look like her handwriting in some way.. And that is why it is not a match. I just see too much that gives more credence to her not writing it than does. JMO

Respectfully, what else do you see that gives more credence?

I am always always open to solid discussion and other possibilities, and if I am missing it, I like it to be pointed out.

Wouldn't she try to disguise her writing when writing the note? That could explain why it is not perfect "match."

You stated that your friend could write a letter and you could write a letter and nobody could tell the difference. I stated that is false.

And yes, I could tell if I had a sample of the student from three years ago writing. The expert compared the writing to Patsy's writing. And many of them stated she more than likely wrote the note.

That is a big statement especially when you have not seen our hand writing. WE can not always tell who wrote something on the board and we are the authors.

More than likely is not Proof of being the author the note, Just a possibility.

This thread is moving way too fast, slow down y'all! LMFAO

And you have never responded to my question as to why a pedophile intruder whose intent was to get JonBenet out of the home to murder her would even bother trying to make a ransom note look like Patsy's writing in any form? There would be no point to write a ransom note. Just get her and go. Why the elaborate staging? Why the changing her clothes? Why the wrapping her in a blanket?

If you were going to do that what would be the obvious choice? Block letters. And less writing. No one who is trying to disguise their writing is writing a 4 page note. The note, the content, the tone, the terms, To me all point to a movie savvy young adult male. Not a middle aged mother of 2.

I believe they meant to take her. I believe that was the initial plan and something went wrong. I have nothing to back that up but my belief but in all that I have read, All that I look into, It fits with what I believe happened that night.OMO

Ok, but the chance that the person who broke into their home and killed their daughter just happens to have such a similar handwriting style to PR that experts cannot even agree to whether she wrote it......come on.

So do you believe they planned to take her....for what? For an actual ransom? Or to try to frame the Ramsey's? Because if they planned to take her to molest and kill her, the ransom note would be pointless.

I don't know. I don't know who that was so I have no idea what they wrote like. That would be a guess. I believe they most likely wanted it to look like her handwriting so copied something they found.

I just don't believe it was her.

The note...the content...the tone points to someone trying to cover something up/staging/shifting the suspicion elsewhere, IMO.

I do believe they planned to take her, Their motive? I have no idea, but to me with everything else it looks like the plan was to hurt John and Patsy. That is why I do not believe it was an absolute stranger. I believe it was someone who had some grudge against them or some hate from afar. JMO

This has been interesting, Scarlett. I do respect your opinions and it is enlightening to hear other opinions.

I don't agree. I think that note points to someone who was trying to make a name for themselves by shaming them. I believe it was someone with something to prove.

Like I said, if I ever came around to the IDI theory, it would involve someone very close (I think closer to the family than what you believe) did it. Probably someone that, if ever revealed, people would not believe wasn't a suspect and/or caught MUCH sooner.

Thanks Troy! I feel the same. I like a good discussion on it where everyone gets to voice their opinion. :)

I know we don't all agree, And I think that some of it will never be known, but I think that we all come from different experiences and thoughts and that makes it all interesting.

Then it would make perfect sense that the Ramsey's have a strong idea of who it was. I feel the note did contain a few very specific "messages" geared toward John as a way to possibly let him know who the person is...

Maybe they do, But I think that it was someone they would not have immediately put together in this.
