Invoice for the Defense for Work Performed

I can't help but wonder if JL participated with the defense's PIs that were calling all the TES volunteers this month. On 11/02/10 he was paid $1,520 and on 11/26/10 he will be paid another $2,860 (which is the largest of the payments listed on the above link). I also wonder if we will see the names and payments listed for the several other PIs who have called many of our own people who volunteered. This will be interesting to track. . .

WFTV and another news station recorded video of JL going in to the room where the TES records were being reviewed, and the Defense was calling TES searchers. We know JL was participating in that.

I'm wondering if JL got that larger latest payment because it reflects some sub contracting to some of the other PL's who were making calls. In other words, the JAC payment goes to him and JL will pay the other PI's, rather than having them each wait for approval and submit their own invoices.

Originally Judge Perry granted Baez 300 hours for an in-state PI.

At the last hearing, Baez was granted an additional 60 hours of PI work.

At $14,382.00, he has used 359.55 PI hours.

He's got 27 minutes left.......

I would LOVE to see a breakdown of the following info:

* The % of defense funds paid, PRIOR TO indigency, for investigative services. Hmmmmmmmmmm wasn't there a wee issue with Dominic allegedly being stiffed for payment for services rendered????

* The amount of money used for payment of "travel and leisure" expenses for Jim L., Greta VS, Geraldo R., and a few others.

* The receipt for the "computers" purchased by Depaul (according to Andrea Lyon).

* The "food and beverage", "business development", and "telephone" (cell and office)expenses listed in JB's Quickbooks account. Assuming they were related to the KC case. HaHa

* The deposit slip and date of deposit for money from received from Todd Macaluso.

I hope the next TES volunteer he calls is reading here. If so, please set a timer and talk real slooooow. You know, "Suburban? uh...let me think....:waitasec: Would that be near the Publix where the Kidfinder's tent was set up?....Or would that be right by Blockbuster? ...wellll, I do know at one point I was searching Sawgrass for Zanny. It was strange... no one lived at that apartment number we had. She must've kept a real low profile 'cause nary a soul we spoke to had ever seen or heard of her. However, I can tell you I did not go to Tampa to see if she was still in the hospital though, I do recall that..... Suburban...:waitasec:.... Lemme think where all I searched....:waitasec: ..... I took it upon myself to search Universal Studios, Disneyworld and nearby beach resorts because Zanny was known to take Caylee all of those places quite often ... OH, SUBURBAN! You mean that street that intersects with Hopespring Drive where the Anthony's live?!? No, wasn't ever there. Not once."

DING! Times up!

There's still a chance ICA will plea after using the FL taxpayer's hard earned money. Makes me ill.

Ah, MissJames, may I please sit next to you? I never thought about it this way. If this happens the only thing in this case that will not have been a charade would be the fact that we FL taxpayers have helped support the entire defense team and all their ilk for the last couple of years. If this turns out to be the case, I wish FL could make Casey reimburse the state. . . Implant an earbud and make her work for some collection agency with the paycheck going straight to the state. She certainly has those skills well documented! :D

Probably not a good idea. KC would figure out how to direct those payments into a private account with CA as Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Oh crumb, you're right LambChop . . . She has those skills well documented, too!

Oh I don't know LambChop - when did ICA ever cause money to flow TOWARDS CA - more likely to her jail/treat account.

Oh silly, silly girl. CA has to get the money first so KC can steal it from her. It's how they play their little game. jmo :dance::dance:

You are right of course - this is the second time in the last half hour I've posted such a silly answer! :slap::slap:
