She may balk if she has to do a proper probationary period but, really, probation is not that big a deal. By rights, she should still be in jail serving her sentence for lying to LE. But, she's not. Casey's luck just does not end!

Casey should still have 255 days of jail to serve by my calculations. That being the 1 year of probation time, minus 30% for good behaviour. CM can not have it both ways here. One would think. But then again it is that mightier and higher then us all Casey here.

Now it would be just great if the court redoes the time served. And Casey goes back to jail because CM and JB have screwed up here.

They lopped off time for "good behavior."

What behavior can one exhibit really, in seclusion? :innocent:
Except of course the bad rule breaking of passing letters and interacting with officers and other inmates, causing people to get dismissed and moved and what not.

I cannot tell my kids any of this. My parental headway about disciplining any rule breaking and antisocial behaviours would be down the tubes. What a great example we are setting :p
:woohoo:

According to AZ...they still were below the 85% where they should have been at.

So! Any guesses on where there will be lightning strikes, tomorrow? :p

Probably best to avoid words like "everyone" and "everything". :twocents:

And boycotts - piggybacking here - are for pictures and interviews or "money shots" sold by the DT, not random shots taken as independent everyday news media photos.

ha ha ha ha I'm just as confused as everyone else. I was going off of this media tweet someone else posted earlier.

Kerry Sanders, NBC reports that JB/CM filed their probation motion, but Judge S is on vacation this week and has no plans to return specially to hear it....
So as it stands now the murderer has to return to OC and report to her probation officer by 5pm tomorrow!

Mine wasn't a media tweet but see how easy it is to do? Ugh.....feel so foolish about getting so irked over the alleged psych ward rumor!

...that will ultimately devalue the commodity. :)

Mason says at the end of this raw video, that FCA will not return to FL to report to PO.
he said she's already served her probation and shook his finger for emphasis

.

Oh my word I hope she does not show!!!!
Would that be like a "Do not pass go and do not collect $200" card? :great:

Ah...I don't know if ignoring a judge is really such a good idea...motion or no motion.

Well, Motion filed is not Motion ruled on.

So, KC should show up or she can be charged with probation violation and CM can be charged with whatever it would be if he says as an attorney he told her not to show up.

http://www.wesh.com/r/28743793/detail.html

"A DOC spokeswoman said Anthony could be held in violation of the order if she did not comply with the judge's order and report for probation."

.Reports Mason says she won't return to FL.

In motion to quash Mason cited @WESH interview with Strickland after verdict as evidence of "unbridled prejudice" towards #CaseyAnthony.

JVM read a letter from the probation dept. telling Casey she was done with her probation and have a good life.

I am really thinking Mason is right on this one.

Interference with the Court?

Probably Obstruction of Justice, IDK.

I wonder if all of this is resolved before 5 p.m. gets near tomorrow, probably sometime after 12 we will hear something about it.

Ahh...hmmm - would you be offended if I passed? I don't think I could manage to watch Mr. Mason for awhile yet - the skin on my feet from forcing myself to hold them to the fire while watching him last time hasn't healed yet...:innocent:

OR - the probation department made a big gooferooo and Mr. Mason is wrong.....or else why would Judge Strickland bother? I didn't see him as a non-thinking vindictive sort of person at all....but Mr. Mason.....oh never mind.
