Is FCA headed back to Orange County for Probation?

I'm beginning to think at his age (I'm there, too) this is the most excitement he's had in his life for a long time. He does not care what he says or who he says it to because up to this point he has never been challenged. That would be my guess. This is definitely a Mars day for him. lol I do miss the astrology thread and I understand all our Astrologers are probably burnt out but we all thought this would be over by now and it's just getting started. Sometimes you wonder what makes people tick. CM certainly postures for the camera. Look at RH, he would say well, I don't think the judge can do this but I'll file some paperwork and we will work it out. Nice calm tone...I'm assuming but pretty sure that is the way he would handle it....very professional. CM is like crazed animal as if he is taking this as an attack on him personally. jmo

This is the way that I look at it. It appears that a few people on the DT stooped down to KC's level and never got back up.

Whatever the outcome, it is ridiculous how poorly this was handled by State of Florida and/or Orange County Corrections. Just a complete cluster#$#%.
Can you explain that a little clearer? I'm not sure what that term means in this regard.

I really hope she does get sentenced to probation. It will make her Ka-razy to have to follow all of those rules and regulations.

@KerryNBC
"Kerry Sanders #caseyanthony defense attorney Cheney Mason tells me Casey will NOT turn herself into a parole officer 2morrow despite a ct order 2 do so."

We can only hope, CM

So when they pick her up for noncompliance I hope that she tells the judge that it was on her attorneys orders that she failed to comply.:fence:
Waiting for it to happen.:great:

Baez has been so uncharacteristically quiet since the verdict. Especially for one who has relished the limelight every step of the way. Other than his initial interview with Barbara Walters, he's only spoken through others like Geraldo (gag) or his trusty loose lipped and loose fingered partner in crime.

I thoroughly thought he'd be out gloating all over the place. I'd like to think it's because the acquittal threw a monkey wrench into his plans and he's too busy scrambling trying to figure out what to do with his new albatross neckwear. But it makes me nervous.

He is laying low because he is TRYING to cash in on the situation. He wants to be paid to speak,as a legal commentator, so he figures he should stay off camera for now, to keep the price and demand up. So far it is not working.
Her sliminess has rubbed off on him and he is as toxic as she is.

Gee I even agree with a HLN talking head here. This mess is the wrong way to go at helping clean up Casey for a future sales here.:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I actually find it really interesting - it has got to be something or someone with a bigger "stick" than he has - because a few press conferences done by him would probably have kept interest in FKC whipped up a little higher.

So I'm wondering if he has gotten some kind of notice from either HHJP or from the Bar regarding those contempt of court issues, and he has a date coming soon before one or both of them.

Because we know one thing for sure - Mr. Baez loves his face on a camera....

Since Judge Strickland's appearance on Nancy Grace on July 6, 2011 is in the motion, here is the video of the Judge on the show.

LOL you reminded me of something - My daughter told me the other day that I was a bit "eccentric" and I said - no I'm not - I'm just old and cranky and don't care what people think.

She said - no - you've always been like that.....:innocent: ...people just notice now cause we think we should respect "old" people. I hope she was just kidding me...

MY son (who is 6 1/2 and very advanced for his age) asked what I was doing on the computer and i said "nothing" in an innocent voice.......he looked at me with his head cocked to one side and said "you are reading about casey anthony aren't you", I replied yes (hesitantly) and he said "excuse me for a minute" and ran into the other room and screamed and came back in and said "ok, I'm better now"....it was HILARIOUS!!! :floorlaugh:

Got to wonder what really is up. Is Judge Strickland's order stayed while the appeal is heard?

If not, then failure to show up as ordered will be a violation of parole and a warrant will be issued for the arrest of Casey Anthony. I cannot believe that Mason, Baez et al will allow that to happen.

It all gets more and more interesting. Laurelj just posted the following in the Today's News........(this Weeks News?)

Casey Anthony attorneys spotted as probation debate heats up
---snipped----

So it was actually Mason's protegee who delivered the motion to the courthouse, and the usual blah blah from Mr. Mason, but also the news from HHSS that HHBP would be handling any issues with this motion - BINGO!

Yes, I mentioned this earlier Tiki - HHSS just doesn't strike me as some kind of rebel going off half tilted without dotting his i's and crossing his t's first. I don't think a person would get to stay a judge under HHJP if he was.

In addition, it was reported by one of the media outlets that HHJP is the one that TOLD Strickland to write a clarification...........

I think the motion has to go before HHSS first, and be denied, before it can go to appellate court. HHSS said he's not coming back to hear it this week, which probably really rotted Mason' socks.
I wouldn't be surprised if they arranged something with her PO so she wouldn't have to report tomorrow.

They were both at the courthouse, but LF handed the papers to the clerk.
CM blustered at reporters on the way out.

So did I miss a video of Cheney's Mason's hissy fit? If so, will someone post a link please?

I just read a link in the daily news thread that took me to Geraldo's page. :banghead: How dare that piece of crap call Judge Strickland "a media 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬....er media hound"? :furious: :furious: :furious:

That's the pot calling the kettle black right? :furious: Geraldo is a despicable person, a salacious "journalist" (HA!), an 🤬🤬🤬-kisser and is BFFs with Jose. Everything Geraldo posted on his page is a HUGE LIE, HUGE!!!! :furious: Why does he get away with this? I really wish he would've washed out to sea when he was covering that hurricane years ago.

Oh well, that makes sense. RH wrote in his blog today that HHSS would probably recuse himself, so this would make that part of CM's motion moot.

hmmm - curiouser and curiouser
