I bet Amy wishes she could text CFCA and tell her to have fun kissing her probation officer's butt for the next year.

Z- that's really kind of cruel to say. But I like it just the same. Thanks.

Well if THAT's the case (which to me is NOT) didn't she violate probation d/t she wasn't paying her 20 per month to the probation officer as well as didn't look for a job? Come on..,...CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS........Cheney, you need to buy a new pair of boots d/t the ones you are currently wearing are so tight they are stopping the oxygenated blood to your brain!

It looks like LF and CM have missed their regularly scheduled hair cut appointments-- wonder if they're finding it hard to be in public places?

Seriouslly - If you were either one of these dudes would you want anyone near you with sharp objects right now ?

FYI I tweeted Vinnie re my questions.....awaiting an answer and will post upon receiving one!

@VinniePolitan Mason-KC will be a NS for probation & the order is "stupid". Is this contempt IF KC doesn't show in violation of probation?
@VinniePolitan AND can Mason get in trouble for saying the order is stupid and his client will NOT show for probation?

I keep saying I hope the Fla. Bar takes a good look at these "attorneys" that are acting "stupid". Personally, I could care less if KC is made to come back or not. IMO, when she left that jail, Orange County was glad to be rid of her. Kind of like GA did with brushing his hands off when he got off the stand for the last time. How much of this nonsense is going to keep going and going and going. The most ironic statement in that motion is now there is a concern for the cost to the Fla. taxpayers for her security?........Indeed, the irony is rich!

in the order it says casey has received threats and the most "egregious" was attached, but it (and the other exhibit attachments) weren't in the pdf i read. anyone read the motion elsewhere that included these exhibits?

In one article it said a photo of Casey was attached with a "mark" on her head and it read; (paraphrasing) keep smiling *censored* with a forehead that big it makes for an easier target.

OK WFTV is saying Thursday morning which makes sense to me on the deadline for Casey to be produced. I'm not sure where WESH is getting tomorrow afternoon.

Me too, logicalgirl - me too! :) A couple of weeks ago I was so devasted I could hardly bear it. Really took it hard. The fog has begun to lift as I realize that Casey and her enablers (all of them) will get theirs.

Incidently, Nancy Grace is on and they have the stupid clock back up ticking down the time for when she's due back in Orlando. SMH

I know !! I wanna see

OK on this WESH link it keeps saying she is due back Wednesday afternoon. DOC is saying right now they have a court order and are acting on it to get her back with her attorneys. They said unless the order is changed they will ask for a warrant for her arrest if she doesn't appear.

http://www.wesh.com/casey-anthony-extended-coverage/28743793/detail.html

The way I figure 72 hours is Thursday morning at 10am unless the document of the judge was filed before yesterday morning.

it the motion by DT is says she is due back tomorrow

I asked on the lawyer's thread, wasn't it likely HHSS spoke with HHBP before he filed the order. AZLawyer said she thought he probably would have in this case.
I kinda' think HHSS knows what he's doing, which made Mr. Bluster sputter and wag his finger and call the order "stoopid".

.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Hilarious!

So let me get this straight ... FCA deserves sympathy because she served 3 years in solitary for 23 hours a day (aka protective custody) and they want us to accept that she also served her probation within that same time ... When she is locked down?

Hmmmm so now we get all of this arrogant bluster as well as claims FCA is under threat and thus cannot safely serve probation -- so she needs to serve it in solitary (hiding) 23 hours a day in security lockdown?

How can you serve probation when you are not in the public domain showing you are integrating back into society -- isn't that the whole point? Re-integration with verification?
