Please do not give up here! Yes the juridical-bureaucracy system has been hammering the private good tax players ever so badly in this case. They want people to give up. And just meekly surrender to their self righteous madness. A madness where Caylee and all like her are forgotten in the court room. The DT just want everyone to give up so they can make blood money. One must not tire in the fight against bad government and a flawed legal system.

To give up and lose hope is to let them all win. Surely that is not what you want here. Because the alternative is ever so worse. Keep the faith. The people can only take back common sense in the court room a piece at a time. And this small piece of "shoved down your throat" insanity will go the people's way yet. And it will show that they who rule so badly still know we all exist.IMO

I think he realized and that is why the expenses were looked at in camera and sealed so that it didn't affect her trial. We will know soon what that transcript says because the Sentinel asked for the record to be released now that trial is over.

Baez does a lot of things he knows or suspects are wrong and gets away with it. He has never let a little fear get in the way. Just think of him in the pose in the hallway of the court room just before the verdict - imitating two guns - one in each hand. He's got a catch me if you can attitude - and I think it is something more serious.....even if only to "step away" from FKC and what she believes about "the two of them" - a team.....

I'm not usually 'this person', but I have to admit, I take great pleasure in knowing that any plans she might be making about how her Bella Vita is going to play out, after her release, is being disrupted at every turn.

Since she's not sitting in a jail cell, the next best thing (to me) is knowing that she can't just relax and enjoy life. I imagine her expectations were going to be that she would be this big bad celebrity, selling her story, making out like a bandit, and buying her way through life. Instead, she has to stay in hiding, has multiple law suits popping up all over the place, the freakin' IRS is after her, and the possibility of probation is now hanging over her head. Plus, photos are (maybe) being taken of her and she's not getting paid for them. Her value is going down faster than a new car when you drive it off the lot.

In reality, she's probably not concerned about most of it, but I recognize how big a mess her life is, and it makes me feel good. :innocent:

Well, to be fair I guess that's the way FKC and Baez were planning on making their living also but as far as I know, no paps have the responsibility for the "death of a child" on their hands....

And I am more than pleased this has happened. In fact I'm downright jolly about it!!!

The pics of Cindy and George seem to be set up. It's hard for me to believe that they would give away photos without wanting payment, but I am very skeptical where this family is concerned.

paparazzi - they don't exactly ask permission to get ANYONES picture and you don't see any REAL celebrities getting paid for paparazzi shots. what tmz is good for right now is getting the first shots so no one on her team can sell them (harvey levin is a lawyer and has stated he won't pay CA for anything), to be honest i'm surprised they haven't already found her considering they have a huge amount of resources.

eta: tmz has also been the one outting various news outlets for negotiating with baez, putting a further damper in CA's $$$ plans.

Maybe JB is with Casey. As in prepping her for a court appearance here. And well he is there picking up medical BS of her mental health issues. Issues that make it impossible for her to do probation in Florida. That is my guess anyway.

When you go to those types of tourist places, there are photographers that take pictures. They do just about the same thing Casey did for a short time at Universal.

Work as contractors and make money on the pics. The pictures are usually placed on a board so that you can review them and purchase what you want. I'm thinking pictures were left behind or there were duplicates not purchased, and TMZ purchased them. They are the property of the photographer unless you purchase them. If this is what happened shame shame on George and Anthony for leaving the pics behind.

I've been to many of the islands in the Caribbean, to Bermuda and to the Bahamas and it is always the same type of sale technique.

Yep ... and it "my opinion" that he is afraid CFCA will "turn on him" ... I will NOT be "surprised" if that happens ...

Remember CFCA's "release" from jail ... I thought JB -- and CM -- would be walking out arm-in-arm with her ... but NOT ... JB looked like he was in a "hurry" to get out of there and get those "deals done" ...
