I haven't followed every news story/bit of gossip that has come out about this case, so perhaps I can offer a perspective that many of you can't offer. I know very few intimate details about GA, other than the suicide attempt and a few interviews in media. I believe this is probably all that most of these jurors know about him.
To me, his testimony comes across as very credible. And I think, to juror's who don't know all of GA's history, his testimony probably seems equally credible to them.
For websleuthers who have followed every little detail of this case, including these people's personal lives, I think it bears considering that the majority of the people interested in this case DON'T know all of the details that you guys know, therefore, we look at the witnesses and testimony given during the trial much differently than you guys do. If that makes sense.
JMO
