Is JBR's killer alive or dead?

I voted yes, since it is my belief that no matter who did the head bash (which may very well have been BR), someone else with a very devious mind came in afterwards and murdered JB. Of the three Ramsey's, the most likely person to have strangled JB to death is JR. If JR killed his daughter (even if he thought he was doing it to protect his son or his wife) then he deserves to be prosecuted for first degree murder.
