Is the molester also the killer?

  • #21
And of course the Ramsey residences were searched for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 with one of those searches and its results being redacted!

.

for which probable cause is needed;so was the staged sexual assault alone enough to cause LE to probe further?

As you all know by now, my belief is that Patsy killed JonBenet but the molestation of JonBenet Ramsey has me stumped. Several people have asked me who I think molested JonBenet and I've said I did not know...but that it was one of the Ramseys.

Let's start with the month of December when Linda Hoffman Pugh stated that JB started wetting the bed all over again.

JonBenet went to see the school nurse on a couple of Mondays in December.

Something happened to JB on the 23d of December.

JonBenet was molested the night she died

Does anyone have a theory on who was molesting JonBenet...I sure want to know.

--->>>Wellll, WE know that there was one person in the house that was definitely
interested in sexual activity and that would be the person whose semen was found on
the blanket that was packed in the ominous suitcase ALONG with a Dr. Seuss book.

PR told LHP that PR had difficulty with sex in general, or so it was reported.
JR took sleeping potion, so it would seem not up for it when getting tucked in at
night.

Little boys are most likely to have an interest in any new sort of stuff.

GPP is a mystery man in the episodic murder mystery.

Toltec. WE all highly suspect that an 'R' person, or a couple of 'R' people did a
coverup for someone 'close' to the family.

I have to wonder about someone who would mess up their own blanket with this pursuit.

I understand where you are coming from. The semen present on JAR's duvet can be considered normal for a college boy...but add a childrens book to the mix and you ar thinking something very sinister.

Let's take a good look at these Ramsey men/boys:

John Ramsey...a man with sexual desires who lost his sex partner to a bout with cancer. Where was he getting action during this time???

John Andrew Ramsey...typical college kid...sowing his oats...took a special liking to his half-sister???

Burke Ramsey...quiet kid..somewhat strange...occasionaly caught playing doctor with his little sister???

The question should be...who coveted this beautiful child? Who took a sick interest in her???

--->>>yep Toltec, and WHY did JonBenet visit the nurses office on TWO MONDAYS after TWO weekends the first of
December 1996? Wonder IF the nurse testified for the Grand Jury?

I also wonder IF IF a Grand Jury member could tell us of IF IF any of this info would be available for
public record ? - OR IF they are tongue tied by law about such a pertinent fact?

Anyone know ? or is it all sealed?

Nice to see you posting today Camper...hope all is well with you.

Unfortunately the Grand Jury testimony is sealed and as far as I know, no leaks from the jurors themselves.

--->>>I am fine thanks for asking, hope you are the same, is your mom ok?

I am wondering IF IF the nurse did not testify, and was never in front of the GJ, IF IF the GJ people could just say so?
IF IF the nurse was not testifying at the GJ then GJ members just saying so, would not reveal anything that happened during
the 'actual' testimony, er, huh, hmmm.

Wonder IF IF the school had more than one nurse in 1996? Hmmm.
Bet that they didn't.

Signed,

Wondering

Toltec,

Maybe they all did but were not aware of anyone else playing the same game, so who would JonBenet tell about her abuse, or was it normalised for her?

The big Q is: Was there a sexual motive behind Jonbenet's death?

If yes, can you rule out Burke?

If you do then who does that leave?

Answers on a postcard please!

I often do think about that suitcase. I wonder if any fibers from the blanket were found on JB or were in the wine cellar? It seems a little strange that a college student would have had a blanket and a child's book in the same suitcase. It almost seems that the suitcase may have featured in prior molestations as a lure for JB to go to the basement. Every child likes Dr Seuss books, perhaps she was only allowed to read them if she went along with whatever was taking place. Does anyone know if there was anything other that particular book and blanket found in there?

In his book, Steve Thomas claims that JonBenet kept a list of books read to her on her nightstand. Does ST know if the Dr. Seuss book is on the list?

Another fact about the night of the 23d...in Steve Thomas book it reads like this:

Six days later, during a party at her parents home, a family friend came across a JonBenet who was seldom seen. The child was immaculate in a holiday frock, and her platinum blonde hair was done perfectly, but she sat alone on a staircase in the butler's kitchen, crying softly. The friend sat beside her.

"What's wrong honey?"

Little Miss Christmas sobbed, "I don't feel pretty."

that makes me wonder how much the parents were seen that night,as they didn't even go to their own door when police arrived.how much did SS know,if something there was amiss?

Personally I would have felt totally awkward answering the door for the owners
during their party, particularly to a Police Officer. I
certainly would have OPENED the door wide to the officer and
given a civilized response.

HOW did SS know BEFORE ANY conversation had taken place between
her AND the officer, that HE might have had an issue in the
neighborhood that would mightily affect THIS house.

BECAUSE of this strange behavior in answering a Police Officer
at the door, by NOT even opening the door, I suspect that SS knew
exactly what had transpired - that brought the officer in the first
place.

I would NOT have spoken to HIM only through a talking box, without
being open and above board to men who give their lives every day
for US.

At the very least it was totally disrespectful to the officer, and
revealing in my mind that SS knew something was amiss.

Nutz!!!!

I absolutely agree ! Add to that she wasn't afraid to drive her son and BR to school later on,and to let the R's live with her and her family after the 'small FF' killed their daughter.
She has to know something about what really happened, and that's why the R's didn't call the Stine's over that morning.

--->>>Well thanks to Toltec and the rest of us, WE have solved
this case. NOW how do WE crack the alibi for the GA contingency?

WHY bother hiring legal representation for the 'family' in
GA ASAP by JR?

OOPS we have a link missing in our puzzle, similar to the old
radio Murder Mysteries of the 1940's, "Where were you on the night of December
25, 1996?

Answer might be, "I was on a private plane being piloted by our sometimes
private pilot who took me to GA FAST."

Ohhh, Well that could explain why the plane appeard to not be ready to take
off December 26, at around 10AM, when the police put the stop to any plan for JR leaving for GA
to take care of business there, and might explain why it
took so long to reach the pilot by telephone.

My round mental record keeps spinning and seems to be stuck on my same old
theory.

How do we even know FOR SURE that they had a trip planned the next morning. Heck, that could just be yet ANOTHER lie. imo

But hadn't their pilot Mike Archuleta been told to get the plane ready for the flight to Michigan?

I think it was after 1pm,after he 'found' JB.or was he trying to get away even bf that?
If the prior 7am trip was cancelled,I'm guessing they would have to file another flight plan and have it approved bf they could leave.

I have passed this question on to my FAA 'close' friend for an answer about the flight plan.
I am thinking that the flight plan is filed to have on record the flight route so IF IF the plane
did not show up - where they were going THEN the plane could be searched for. BUT will wait til I hear
the official word from my long time EXPERIENCED friend.

My 'close' source also years ago gave me the official air miles to GA point, speed of the R aircraft, plus
the unknown estimate of the mph for the 'souped up' things that JR had added to his airplane. The souped up
additions are named by JR in their book DOI.

All of this past info is still buried somewhere in my garage AFTER our move.

I will affirm AFTER I hear from my 'close' friend.

I asked someone I know that works on planes an he said yes, they would have to file another flight plan, and another thought comes to mind was he said if they called at 6am to cancel a flight that was supposed to leave at 7am,it's possible it needed to be fueled,if it hadn't been already.so there are some variables involved with that.

I guess so. I am sure that the Ramsey's told the investigators about that, and they checked it out with Mike.
