I'm sure they won't be granted. Gosh...I bet the trial will have humor with JB.
They might not only have Henry Lee as an expert witness but a "Hem and Haw" enterpreter for Baez!

There's got to be something on the JCP receipts or else WHY would CA not want to release them to LE? Georges testimony in front of the GJ might have been powerful. It only took them 30 minutes to come up with an indictment. Also, Annie's interrogation was not released in the court doc's. That might be very damaging. There's just so much circumstantial evidence I think when they put it all together it will make much more sense.
Do we know anything about the JCP trip? Or is it speculation or hearsay?
We know there is a purchase made on 6-27-08, the time, and the amount, but not the item. Lee does reference it in his investigative phase, so it definitely exists.
She was asked in one of her interviews specifically for the statement, and she said she had already gone over it and there was nothing there...
What was the amount?
So, if Cindy believes Caylee is alive, why hide the receipt? Because she is covering up something and knows KC did something to Caylee. That's the only thing I can come up with!
It was 29.99 plus tax, so I think it 31.62 if I recall correctly.
She calls them at 11am, and goes there at 3pm.
They do have a hair salon there and that is the rate for a women's cut. I have always thought she was calling to confirm her appt.
With Florida's sunshine law are we going to see all the evidence/discovery before trial?
The defense experts will have to show that the FBI, U of TN and all others mishandled the evidence in testing. It's an uphill battle. LE has tightened up handling since OJ. I notice that Henry Lee did not dispute any of the testing done by the CA DOJ in Peterson. That is why he did not testify. This is where I am at as well. I don't think there is a huge smoking gun, unless it is Annie's statements. Nothing will be released to the public that would put a witness under undo pressure, so even without a gag order we won't see that until trial.
But if there were a ton of other forensics, ie maggots, I think we would have seen or heard more about them, and we would see Baez securing a specialist in that area. I don't think the stain will be anything other than chemical at this point since they are using the DNA from a single piece of hair to hang identity and death on.
The chloroform is the piece of evidence I think we would have seen withheld if they were holding back some shocker for the courtroom since it may go to premeditation.
I think this will be a trial very heavy with forensic arguements on both sides, cast against Casey's unexplainable behaviour, and a lack of nanny or live child. Even if the jury gets confused about a specific forensic element, I think they will convict based on the totality of the forensics + Casey's behavior.
Question...didn't they hire a new attorney that was DP qualified since JB wasn't? Where is he at? You would think that he would be lead and JB in the background...just wondering if it's just for show?
Wasn't the number that KC called for the credit department at JCP?? Wouldn't the salon have a different number?
Didn't Cindy declar bankruptcy in the recent past? I didn't think you could get credit cards if you declared bankruptsy - at least for quite a whileSo, if Cindy believes Caylee is alive, why hide the receipt?
