Hostages freed from Gaza now in Israel - military

Israeli hostages freed from Gaza are now in Israel and have undergone medical checks, according to Israel's military.

"The released hostages underwent an initial medical assessment inside Israeli territory.

"They will continue to be accompanied by IDF soldiers as they make their way to Israeli hospitals, where they will be reunited with their families," the military said.

Buses carrying Palestinian women and children who were imprisoned by Israel have been seen arriving at the Beitunia checkpoint following their release from Ofer prison as part of the hostage deal.
