I wonder if we can get a separate thread just for the hostages being released and events if 10/07. Although we are not supposed to go back in time and are only supposed to discuss October 7th to current, I constantly see what looks like justification for these atrocities and posts going back to way before 10/07.

I don't want to report them again and again and again and get the thread shut down because so many bring info I don't get elsewhere.

With coming ground operation in South Gaza and the rubble of Northern part,
I have a question:

Where is the civilian population of nearly 2 million people going to find shelter now?

Winter is coming.
What about medical service?

What is the plan?

Does anybody know?

Are they going to stay in the southern part with battles in the north?

And then evacuate to the northern part with battles in the south?

And live in ruins? :(

JMO
Live in ruins? Like many people had to do in Europe and Asia after the destruction of World War II?

There will be aid for them like the Marshall Plan after World War II. JMO.

“When he arrived in Gaza, all the residents, everyone, beat him. He is a 12-year-old child,” she says.

Yeah——those “innocent civilians” in Gaza.

Evil, deluded, monstrous. If they want to be “free of Hamas,” they sure don’t exhibit that.

Were the civilians in Gaza forced out of their homes at gunpoint to beat children, to spit on naked bodies of dead young women, to beat the hostages with sticks as they were hauled into Gaza, to cheer and applaud and praise their god as they watched videos of the attacks in a public square?

In my OPINION, no, they are clearly participating with delight.

We have seen the evidence and now have hostage testimony.

“Still, as Lara Friedman, president of the U.S.-based Foundation for Middle East Peace, which advocates for rapprochement between Israelis and Palestinians, recently pointed out, Hamas won a parliamentary majority in what turned out to be Gaza's last election − in 2006 − not on an incendiary platform to "kill the Jews," but as the "party of change & reform."

After years of rule by Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas' widely unpopular and potentially corrupt Fatah party, "a vote for Hamas was a vote against Fatah," she said. Fatah and Abbas, with whom Hamas fought a short civil war after the 2006 vote, still control the West Bank, the other Palestinian territory.

[…]

As Gaza has become more cut off from the outside world and aid agencies have warned its on the verge of collapse, there have been rare public shows of discontent in Gaza with Hamas.

Fights have broken out in lines at bakeries, while waiting for water and in overcrowded shelters. There have been reports of outbursts and insults shouted at Hamas officials.

Before the war, Israeli media published stories of Gazans who had fled the enclave because of threats they faced from Hamas for participating in protests, because they didn't support its approach to Israel or for challenging the way it spent financing from Qatar on rockets and tunnels rather than schools or other infrastructure.

A Gazan worker USA TODAY met in the West Bank last month said that he was not able to return home because Hamas officials were trying to extort money from him.

[…]

"After Oct. 7 we all in Gaza have been (accused of being) Hamas supporters. In fact, I am not. And I will never be," said Tareq Hajjaj, a Gazan journalist, in rare public comments about Hamas.

Hajjaj said he knows many Gazans with strong feelings about Hamas who won't speak publicly about it.“

"She kept saying to me: 'Where are these guys? Where are they?' She was expecting to see Hamas everywhere."

MOO Ah...I don't think they wear their Qassam Brigade uniforms all the time. I also noticed two of the arrested kidnappers don't look as terrifying, when they aren't carrying AK-47's. In other words, they are hiding in plain sight. MOO

(Wasn’t there a video of a young boy tormented on 10/7 in Gaza?)

Horrifying: The aunt of 12-year-old Eitan Yahalomi, who was held captive by Hamas for 53 days, said that he was beaten by Gazan residents, and Hamas terrorists forced him to watch videos of the horrors of the October 7 massacre. This is what happened to a 12 year old boy. These are the monsters we are up against.
Hamas has damaged all of the children in Gaza by teaching hate and murder in the school curriculum and UN Summer Schools. When Hamas has someone else's child in their hands, the first thing they want to do is desensitize the child to violence and to damage their mental health. My impression is that Hamas wants everyone's children to be full of anger and hate as it makes them feel important and successful.

I truly do not understand people who support the Hamas government and education system.

Thank you for the link describing these people in the correct terms.
Hamas-Isis-Sewer Rat, indeed.
Think of the parents who raised this man to do what he is doing.
Notice how the cameraman is careful not to show the cretins' face ?
Cowards.
Omo.
Look at all the hostage release videos.. not a single one of these cowards show their faces. They hide behind their masks and try to wave like they were nice to their hostages when we now know the truth behind what they have done to hostages. Disgusting is what they are and no wonder they hide their faces, they aren't man enough to expose who they really are on camera, but the world sees them and who they really are. I think IDF will see them all shortly.

Horrifying to watch the man telling of finding the skulls of children and evidence of barbaric sexual assault/murder, but necessary for us all to witness him and confront those who will be the future deniers, no different than the Holocaust deniers who exist today but weren't even alive until many years after WWII.
There is plenty of photographic evidence of many things yet we have groups of people who enjoy their intentional ignorance and conspiracy theories of flat earth, faked moon landings, chemtrails, faked gas chambers, etc.\

Edit to add, the persistent rumor that anyone dead can have their organs removed by street surgeons and kept in a condition to be implanted. Organs have to be removed under the strictest control, decomposition starts immediately at death, and lack of oxygen and blood circulation immediately damages organs.

THIS.

Just maybe when IDF is "firing on innocent civilians" as I've seen posted here, it's really not the innocent civilians at all. There were IDF in the hospital in plane clothes. I'd say if IDF were close and you didn't want to be exposed, then you might take off the uniform or whatever it is they wear to show they are HAMAS.. and try to blend in. We know they hide among the actual innocent civilians. There is no act too low for them to stoop to.

I believe IDF has intel, they are smart, they have been watching, they have eyes in the sky and elsewhere telling them things. I don't believe they would fire on a truly 100% innocent civilian target. They have made it clear they are after HAMAS.. HAMAS in uniform, HAMAS in regular clothing, HAMAS with their comrades, HAMAS alone or with their own families.. If you are HAMAS and you are hiding in Gaza.. IDF will find you, uniform or not. They have had YEARS of gathering intel on who is and isn't part of HAMAS. They have captured HAMAS fighters and they have interrogated them, they are talking, they have hostages now that can tell them things. IMO, they aren't after civilians despite what the media and many are saying about what is occurring.

Qatar: Talks for release of soldiers held by Hamas will begin after civilians freed

By GIANLUCA PACCHIANIToday, 2:31 pm 0

Qatar says that negotiations for the release of Israel Defense Force soldiers held hostage by Hamas will begin after civilian hostages are freed.

.............

Highlighting the role of Qatar alongside Egypt in mediating for the freedom of the abductees, Al-Ansari also says that the Gulf country cannot at this moment confirm the release of any additional Israeli hostages beyond the 20 that are slated to be released in two groups of ten today and tomorrow according to the terms of the two-day extension of the truce agreed to by the parties.

I was quoting an article about what Gaza before Oct 7th. Tourists and NGO's were having trouble "seeing Hamas". It's likely that Hamas looks like everyone else in Gaza. It isn't obvious they're Hamas unless they're armed with guns or wearing their uniforms. So, I say "hiding in plain sight". They're likely all over, just not easy to spot.

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed> We have not seen decades of ISIS governing Gaza. That has been going on for 17 years. When the people of Gaza elected Hamas to lead their region to prosperity and peace - because we know that no sane people would elect a government that teaches hatred in the school system - their lives changed, Gaza changed. The people of Gaza today are not the same people of Gaza of 20 years ago.

ISIS control of Gaza has nothing to do with anything that happened prior to their election. Hatred is taught in Gaza. They are a generation of people who are easily manipulated through their hatred against everyone. Even if Israel ceased to exist, the people of Gaza would continue to thrive on hate and they would find a new target.

I haven't seen Noa's name, nor her boy friend listed yet as being released, as anyone else? I don't think she is going to be released.
Oh no! :(

Her poor mother is dying of cancer.
She begged to have a chance to hug her daughter for the last time!!!

"Hurry to love people,
They leave us too fast"
