Follow enough trials and one learns that even 'experts' can be wrong - sometimes embarrassingly so, as a few recent murder trials exemplify.Because many experts in international law and extradition believe that it amounts to double jeopardy. Therefore extraditing her would violate her constitutional rights.
This isn't me saying this, it is the experts saying this. There are quoted links upthread to support this.

There are also several legal experts that feel the US has no cause to deny extradition so really, it will come down to which experts are indeed correct in their knowledge of case law and extradition. There's a lot of solid ground to believe she will be extradited. Rarely are extradition requests denied.
