IMO the Chi l'ha visto? programme about Liam contains some information that is not relevant. You get a feeling that they are trying to create drama. For example, his travel route doesn't seem odd to me. He was on vacation and had time to adapt.
If he was last heard from on May 9 (some sources say May 7) from Turin and someone bought a train ticket with his card on May 10 (though some sources say May 9), where did he spend the night? Instead of traveling to Nice, they could have checked Turin hostels/hotels first.
Understand. The shengin zone may be a feature. US friends may not ubderstand that!.
For security reasons (not immigration) you still need to show a valid ID when traveling by air within the Schengen Area. I use my national ID card instead of the passport. The shengin zone may be a feature. US friends may not ubderstand that!.
Are we talking about the flight from Athens to Turin (not sure if he didn't have a stop in Rome)? If he really spoke to his brother-in-law on May 9, then we know that he arrived to Turin. If not, we know that his credit card was there, as it was used the next day to buy a train ticket.Sorely if someone came forward police would know who he was. Surely police know who he was sitting next to on the plane, if he was. They could i,d him.
It sounds like he was about to take a flight on May 7, but other sources don't confirm that. I think it's more likely that he told his mother on May 7 that he was taking a flight to Turin in a few days. As I said, his credit card made it there, very likely he did as well. It would be interesting to know if he made any other purchases in Turin.Exactly about to take a flight to Turin. Did he?
Yes flight from Athens!. Surely police know if he did or not !. CCTV. Cards can be stolen by anyone and his ipad had no charge all Athens hotels have internet, power. Are we talking about the flight from Athens to Turin (not sure if he didn't have a stop in Rome)?
