What a human tragedy and I really feel for her parents. It reminds me of the Ramsey case where the Mother and Father were accused of her death. DNA excluded them and it is now a cold case.

Has DNA played any part in this case yet?

At present I do believe that a kidnapping took place and this should make it a capital case especially if this 11 month old girl was taken across state lines.

Glad to see beyond the FBI and police a private investigator and psychologist involved.

This unsub needs to be caught and of course I hope Baby Lisa is safely returned. Unfortunately I am feeling so positive but hope I am wrong.
