What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

So PNn works at Quick Stop; rents a home much nicer than where DB lives and it shouldn't be explored. Dollars to donuts there is something interesting going on here. My money is he spent some time that night at DB's...perhaps even assisting her. He also may be the one who used the phone and dialed MW.

What was so important about him driving DB to get wine? I take the baby stuff as an afterthought. Why couldn't JI or Samantha drive her? They were there at the house. Why make somebody who lives a few miles away drive her to get wine and just drop her off and leave.
BBM How are you coming up with that? ALL we have seen inside the house is one quick glimpse of the kitchen. DB's kitchen appears to have nice countertops too! The outside is definitely not much nicer. We don't know what the other rooms even look like to even say that.

Don't be confused; People watch out for perceived victims. White pages can be changed by anyone. So can those school sites. Been there...saw that!

Victims and perps and their friends read these boards and adjust accordingly.
So now somebody changed PN's info to say he live at DB's house? And what school sites can be changed? I am totally not getting it.

I just wanted to correct that. .. it's Quick Trip.

I'm not sure why it matters if Phil Netz ever lived at the Irwin home; only matters if he was living there when Lisa disappeared or he was visiting when Lisa disappeared, imo.

AFAIK, there is no confirmation that either is the case at this time.

That would be fairly easy to find out...as far as the Walrond addy.

Thanks. Never heard of it but I'll assume its a very small convenience store.

what other sources besides white pages? TIA

Spokeo and Peek You. Reverse number look up comes back to man in his 20's at the Lister address. I tried to figure out if that number was attached to JI at all, but I got nothing on that. I couldn't get that number attached to JI except that it comes up as the Lister address.

It makes no sense that a single 20 yr. old is renting a 2200sq ft home that is not cheap by Kansas City standards. I think we are seeing smoke and mirrors here and have thought that from the first time I heard her brother rented a nice home on Walrond.

Furthermore, what so important about SB leaving and getting her own liquor when it was going to be just two gals sitting on a stoop, smoking. Seems more like a party being planned than a friendly glass of wine..

Unless he was inside the house and never came out, there is no evidence he was there when they were outside.

JI couldn't drive her because someone had to stay home with the kids. No clue why SB couldn't take her, maybe she wasn't available? Maybe her brother was doing her a favor, she asked and he said yea, I'll take you to the store?

As far as SB going to the store, is it a fact she was only going to buy wine?

I thought PN was not to be sleuthed??

But OK, as long as we're speculating, maybe his rent isn't very much, maybe he has saved up a lot of money, maybe his parents help him out. Heck, I rented a decent house in a decent neighborhood when I was pretty young, and it didn't mean anything more nefarious than that I was responsible with money.

As far as changing information on the internet, all that really matters is that LE is able to get hold of the accurate information. If someone is spending their time and effort on confusing posters on WS, they aren't getting a very good return on their investment, IMO!

What? :waitasec:

When I was 20 I was renting an apt in NYC and that rent makes KC look like pocket change.

It's a very big market convenience store chain in the midwest. It has been written up in many news articles as one of the top employers for employee happiness in the country. Many employees have been there for more than 20 years. Many employee benefits. It is a company that I wish had public stock options as I would invest in this one but it is privately owned.

Isn't Spokeo like Zillow as far as accuracy in home data is concerned? Meaning, not very accurate?

We have QuikTrip here in the south, also. They seem to be on every corner.

P.S. IDM, now that you are a millionaire, please remember that we knew you when!

So what if he did live there, he now rents his own place. Who knows maybe he knows the owners or someone helps him with rent its really not unheard of to have help with things when you are 20 I did and it didn't make me a bad person. Is this the brother that was questioned in the beginning? I assume if anyone wasn't answering questions LE would say so like they have the parents.

<modsnip> The fact is this kid works at a small convenience store, drives a car and rents a home that puts JI to shame. He workds a minimum wage job, fgs!

The rent was estimated at about $960 a month. With utilities, etc, I say he was in WAY over his head. The home makes no sense to me. Alll records indicate his addy as being on Lister. Of course he could have moved. Then it wouldn't be hard to find out when, would it...<modsnip>.

I realize people will struggle to arrive at any and all excuses of why he is renting this huge house as a single person but that but none of it holds much water for me. Something is hinky....period.

Well idk. . .I assumed it could be PN or JI. But since the number is attached to PN and I couldn't find it ever listed as attached to JI, I kind of had to surmise.

Now that I am a milionaire I think I want a QuikTrip in my backyard! Me loves the fresh iced tea year round and the sausage rolls, mmmmmmmmm.
Wow, this info makes my loan to value ratio amazing. Why don't I just pay the darn thing off?:floorlaugh:
