What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

He must be an entrenpeneur of sorts memmo. His standards are pretty high for such a young man. He has a very nice place to live...no doubt has car payments, etc.. It must pay well..:waitasec:

White Pages. . .that is where PN is listed at the Lister address. I knew I had seen it earlier too.

Also according to an old(2 yrs) myspace post, he worked at Quick Stop.

Take it for what it's worth.

ETA-I pulled the White Pages link, but you can Google it yourself.

PN is/was listed on every search done as living on Lister.

Watch it change now...been to this rodeo before. There are always people ready to help out with this aspect of the case.

QuickStop must pay very well. Thanks for the info.

Just passed right over the cat kicking scene. Whoah! JI kicked a cat? Had a feeling that cat sleeping on the bed was a sensitive issue. what a guy? Kicking an animal. Yes, this man has a bad temper under that very quiet exterior..mo. This gives me more reason to dislike him...if that is possible.

I never saw PN's house that I know of. The house in the video was gorgeous. It had a white kitchen w/ black marble like counters. Exceptionally well kept. Not halloween video.

If I'm remembering correctly, JI didn't kick the cat. He kind of pushed it out of the way with his foot as they were going into the house. Some saw this as kicking the cat, others didn't.

before anyone asks, the cat "kicking" incident is at 1:30 in this video.

IMO, he barely taps the cat with his foot to push it off the stoop because it is in his way as he is opening the door. i do the same thing all the time with my outside cats. i am not an animal abuser.

Really? I had not heard this anywhere. Do you know why? I also read on this board somewhere about Ashley filing charges of some sort against Jeremy. Anyone know what that was all about?

no idea about the first thing, but as for the second: on casenet, there is a case against JI in small claims court, where an Ashley Dewitt (year of birth 1984) sued him in 2007 for $109 plus court costs. i read that AI sued him too on here but i'm not sure how that poster determined that as the last name is Dewitt on casenet, and i can't seem to find a case with the name Ashey Irwin.

I don't take it for much.

White pages isn't a verifable source like voter records, property tax records, driver's license records, criminal records etc or paid search services. White pages.com will often pull from people associated together who once shared an address. I've seen it. In this case, because DB and PN once shared an address, that's how he could have been shown there.

And the fact that switchboard.com doesn't have him at the address says volumes. If using free online services, I like to see at least three agree. Not the case here.

Using white pages as a source is like using wikipedia. It's an OK starting point but totally subject to wrongful manipulation and not 100 percent accurate. Show me some actual legal records in Missouri. Not listed in casenet or property tax records. And if you own a car in Missouri, it's listed in property tax records. Phil Netz has never been listed as owning a car registered to the home on Lister per Clay County property tax records.

What search? He's NOT listed on Clay County property tax records. Ever. Period. I take property tax records a lot more accurate than I do whitepages.com. I don't know how often you use whitepages.com but I had a job for a year where I used them multiple times a day as a STARTING point along with switchboard.com before going to paid services...and whitepages.com is OFTEN wrong once I actually used the paid services or other public records.

He's NOT listed on switchboard.com either. So if "every search" is whitepages.com....that's not every search. That's a single search that's not 100 percent reliable.

Driver's license records are not reliable- I know people that live in the city and still use county address for insurance purposes.

Property taxes, I own a home by way of will, home is in fathers name.

Voter's records wouldn't matter as long as you vote in the same district, I've done it.

criminal records are the worst,I look up ppl that I know and I know where they live and its not what the records show.

Yes. Whitepages.com has someone listed at my address that has NEVER lived here. They had mail here for a couple of weeks as they were being transferred to work here, but had not gotten housing set up yet and wanted a reliable place to get the mail. That is all it took to be listed as associated to this address.

Sure. You are right. But those are a lot more reliable than whitepages.com in trying to show where someone lives. The bottom line....Phil Netz's vehicle has never been registered to the Lister address when it comes to paying property taxes. He's never gotten a speeding ticket and it been associated with the Lister address.

There is no "proof" that he ever lived on Lister but certainly proof that he rents a home on Walrond. But honestly.....if he did live on Lister....I don't see how it makes a difference. I'm just trying my best to stick to the facts.

I'm not sure why it matters if Phil Netz ever lived at the Irwin home; only matters if he was living there when Lisa disappeared or he was visiting when Lisa disappeared, imo.

AFAIK, there is no confirmation that either is the case at this time.

At one time anyway, it appears that Ashley Irwin was Ashley Dewitt. If you go to Casenet and look up the court case with Ashley Dewitt v Jeremy Irwin you will see that the birth dates and the addresses are one in the same for Ashley D and Ashley I. Not sure why when you check the alias box that it doesn't show the Dewitt v Irwin case, but it does appear to be one in the same.

MOO

I agree that's why I'm sort of confused by the 'watch it change' comment. The facts as we know it today says he doesn't live there.

Case closed (for now) :seeya:

.....and as it turned out she was living elsewhere just like reported and the records searched were accurate Her white pages changed ASAP after it was discussed on the board. In PNs case it isn't just one source that has his addy on Lister, it is many. When she got evicted from the place where she really lived, then people finally got it.

So PNn works at Quick Stop; rents a home much nicer than where DB lives and it shouldn't be explored. Dollars to donuts there is something interesting going on here. My money is he spent some time that night at DB's...perhaps even assisting her. He also may be the one who used the phone and dialed MW.

What was so important about him driving DB to get wine? I take the baby stuff as an afterthought. Why couldn't JI or Samantha drive her? They were there at the house. Why make somebody who lives a few miles away drive her to get wine and just drop her off and leave.

Furthermore, what so important about SB leaving and getting her own liquor when it was going to be just two gals sitting on a stoop, smoking. Seems more like a party being planned than a friendly glass of wine..

what other sources besides white pages? TIA

Don't be confused; People watch out for perceived victims. White pages can be changed by anyone. So can those school sites. Been there...saw that!

Victims and perps and their friends read these boards and adjust accordingly.
