White pages isn't a verifable source like voter records, property tax records, driver's license records, criminal records etc or paid search services. White pages.com will often pull from people associated together who once shared an address. I've seen it. In this case, because DB and PN once shared an address, that's how he could have been shown there.
And the fact that switchboard.com doesn't have him at the address says volumes. If using free online services, I like to see at least three agree. Not the case here.
Using white pages as a source is like using wikipedia. It's an OK starting point but totally subject to wrongful manipulation and not 100 percent accurate. Show me some actual legal records in Missouri. Not listed in casenet or property tax records. And if you own a car in Missouri, it's listed in property tax records. Phil Netz has never been listed as owning a car registered to the home on Lister per Clay County property tax records.
