Thanks very much for clarifying this, I was going by a brief verbal description only. So she was actually nabbed, killed and located *before* the bridge area? Doesn't really change anything in my mind but makes the crime more frightening because it seems like that area would have much more of a 360 degree view, making the killers actions even bolder and scarier. If a person is in the back parking lot of the post office would they be able to see right across the river to the trail where the crime occurred?

It makes me wonder if they have a CCTV video of her nab because in most cases the back of a federal building would have CCTV. I wonder if they have based part of the description on a video as well as other details of the crime that they aren't divulging. Of course it would be dependent on that section of the trail being visible from CCTV in the back of the PO. How dark is it there at 6-7PM in June?

Scary stuff, and I want to thank you for your time and efforts. In all the hullaballoo about the A's it is easy to forget that there are other crimes crying out to be solved.

If you notice on my photo's thread there is a picture I took of the back of the post office from the trail. This was while standing 30 feet away maybe ? from the wood bridge on the west side of the canal. it might be possible someone saw something, I would have hoped they had come forward by now. I will look at the angle next time I am there (wont be for while) and check to see of that is possible. anyone in a vehicle looking over the bridge or possible walking over the bridge on Colonial might see as well. We might want to take this particular discussion to Nicoles thread in the other location. Choco... posted a link above for her thread. Also if you look in one of my photo's there is a park bench I shot from accross the canal, that is approximatley where it occured.

In june it would have been light out at that time. Gets dark probably just after 8, which is when the actual park closses.

P.S. notice the guy standing by that park bench? he is shooting an olympus slr into the woods, looks like it is directed at a tree stump! But as he walked around he showed me an "unussual sighting" he snapped a picture of me taking a picture of the woods! I told him to destroy that before it breaks his camera!

sigh.... apparently many people have been in this area looking and lurking and photog'ing The deputy told me the had gotten half a dozen reports a day about people, someone called in to say that they saw a man sitting on the bench! They asked well how do you know he is not just tired from jogging and took a rest? Many cries of wolf! and they are still getting them. I won;t be surprised if they called about me.

A woman on a bike with a baby seat asked me what I was taking pictures of. I said the woods trees buildings etc. The deputy said it's people like her that would make such a call.

It is better to be safe then sorry but please sue some discretion MHO anyway!

And words of advice!!!! I am a hell of a nice guy and look like it but tell your kinds to NOT SAY HI TO STRANGERS! MHO anyway! Not in a park not when they are on a bike 100 yards ahead of you. Fortunately when he reached a point across the canal that he was no longer in sight of his mother and her friend he stopped his bike, at least they taught him that much

I fully agree however, if you read my theory, the link is not that this poor woman was involved,
my theory is that did Casey have anything to do with her death.

She was a counselor, Cindy spoke with a counselor, the police have never said who this counselor was that Cindy spoke with.
IF it was Nicole, perhaps out of anger could Casey have done something to this poor woman, then several days later done something to her daughter because perhaps she heard/saw too much?

I had several questions on my list and the first one is, does this woman work for the place that counseled Cindy? or was she the actual counselor even.

If the answer is yes we need to move on to question two. Did she have chloroform in her system.

If Cindy was threatening to take Caylee away, perhaps Casey got mad enough to do something dreadful to the counselor.

All we know from police reports is that she was murdered, we do not even know if she was raped. This could perhaps be because she was not and the police do not want to reveal that yet. If she was not this was a revenge killing or something like that. Unless the rapist was interrupted before he could finish. And WHY rape someone in a thorny thicket? I have a strong feeling she was only murdered and was not raped.

Casey kept linking to this park, the previous incident in this park was over a year prior, 6 days prior to Caylee's disappearance there was a murder in this park.
I would like to exclude this murder from my suspicions of Casey being involved but there are way too many components that lead me to believe there is a possibility that Casey may be involved......

Yes but as I have mentioned in my more recent posts on this thread my stance has changed completly regarding Casey's involvment in Nicole's case. I was informed by a trusted source these two cases are completly independant. The only thing I consider now regarding Nicole's case and Casey is that Casey has used information on this crime and others in this area to enhance her own story about her daughters dissapearance.

I think KC is trying to draw attention to this park to divert attention away from herself. This could also be a way to set up a kidnapping/murder and link it to the NG murder. She said Caylee liked to go there, but Cindy had warned her not to because it was so dangerous.

KC did what her mom told her NOT to do. Now Cindy's little angel Caylee and her daughter KC are both gone. Kc had no intention of returning home after her crime spree began, so Cindy would know nothing about Zanny the nanny and her alleged "kidnapping" of Caylee.

Cindy would be devastated thinking that they faced the same fate as NG. She would blame herself thinking she had forced KC to leave after the big fight on Fathers Day. (Its my fault, if only I hadnt given her an ultimatum)....

None that I know about. Maybe we are getting nuts. LOL

When I first saw that picture it was just a picture posted on a web site. It did not say anything about suspect, or anything. I thought it was a drawing someone had made of LA. The eyebrows, the sharp nose, etc. I wondered it maybe KC had drawn it and that was why it was there.

The other night I was doing some research and came across it again and it has suspect on it and I was shocked...........

I agree, this is a different ZG. This ZG (Kotala) is a UCF University Health/Medicine/Education News & Information Spokeswoman/Writer - another tie to UCF? - who lives in Melbourne (about 45 mins from Orlando).

I thought this post on her blog on the momslikeme website (which used to be the Brevard County Moms website) was interesting:

"My father-in-law passed away last Thursday and I am in California attending his services this week" - another California mention.

I also agree with Friptzap that probably the only involvement Casey had with the NG case is that Casey used (or was planning to use) the info on this crime to provide a scenario for her crime. But I do think the ZG/UCF info should be looked at as far as Casey possibly getting the ZG name from this ZG instead of the other poor ZG - especially if Casey had planned on entering UCF as she claimed, and probably had articles with this ZG byline in any school info she was viewing, etc.

Absolutely none, and we have no idea what the origins of that composite are either. This case has had 4 or 5 different composites associated with it and at least 3 of those people have come forward, clearing their name. So we really don't know if that composite depicts a suspect or a witness.

I was still leaning toward CG being the killer, but LE have made no further statement as of yet except to say "there's nothing linking him to G's death." It's odd that in CCTV shots of his court appearance he seems to have scratches and significant bruises on his face though, and that shot was just a few days after the murder. Could just be a trick of the camera. Could be that he is indeed the killer and they don't have enough on him yet. It also looks like there is something on the underside of his r arm.

I really really don't think it's possible that LA has any knowledge of this crime if that's what y'all are getting at with the composite comparison. A couple of points:

A. The killer had significant abrasions to his body which would not go unnoticed. He probably also has defensive wounds like bites and scratches. NG did NOT go quietly. I would think that there would be evidence of this on LA, in photos from near that time.

B. There was something deeply disturbing about this crime which brings me to a few conclusions:

Detectives made a couple of telling statements. Refering to CG's known victim they said- "His victim, some of the things that happened, were not the same as what happened to Mrs. Ganguzza." They also stated the NG scene was- "extremely disturbing" and "This particular murder is disturbing".These statements lead me to the following conclusions:

Something unusual and brutal was done to her body. I think the perp is a sexual sadist and probably sexually mutilated her. That's why her autopsy results haven't been released, they want to hold back those details to exclude false confessions, ect... That's why they state what was done to her was different from what CG had done to his victim, even though on the surface the initial crimes were virtually the same, IE a snatch and rape.

I also think the perp has raped (or tried to rape) and possibly even killed before. His crime shows confidence and experience. If I'm right about the sexual sadism/mutilation hunch, he probably has well developed fantasies and has practiced some. While I don't think the NG and CA murders are related, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if the JK disappearance and NG murder are.

I think the perp is probably a misogynist and sadist. I think he likely shows these tendencies in his day to day life, through troubled and inconsistent relationships with women.

The perp is probably Hispanic in origin, rapist and murderers tend to kill within their own ethnic group, though this isn't certain.

I don't think she was killed "accidentally" in the commission of a rape, I think he intentionally sought her out as a murder victim. This would explain the brutality, and if I'm right about the sexual mutilation it would explain that too.

If this man is young I think he may be a budding serial killer.

I don't think any of this fits LA.

Don't forget apparently Casey was very friendly with some of the policemen. I would think she could get whatever information she needed from them. Helps to have inside info for someone like Casey if her and her brother were running scams or thefts.

Now also compare the composite sketch to these two pictures of Ricardo Morales (who also supposedly had the chloroform picture on facebook) Based on the docs, he says that the last time he saw Caylee was when he left for work on June 10 and when he left Casey and Caylee were on the couch. He says Casey texted him the next day June 11 that she couldn't go clubbing with him & Amy as she had to work. He says he leaves after work on the 12th and goes to Tampa and returns to Orlando on the 13th:
