Thanks for the link--your second post is a no show. IN FAIRNESS, Nicole GANGUZZA has a new suspect in her case. Not Caylee. I am sure that's the purpose of your posts, but not clear in this forum.......

I am glad OSCO can work another complicated homocide.

As always,:clap::clap: for the OSCO detectives!!

The reason I brought it up was there was some speculation of LA fitting the pic of the perp. He was reluctant to give his DNA for some reason.
What if he was the one on their computer looking up Chloroform and neck breaking?
I have some other thoughts on this but don't want to get banned:)

Blanchard Park is absolutely in the mix---no fear of your bumping this (in fact, KUDOS for not having a mod have to find the thread to add it to...)

Any new news is a BUMP for Nicole. I totally wasn't reprimanding you! Nice work :)

I just have always had an odd nagging feeling that there is something related to KC's case here.
If Nicole was indeed the counselor for Cindy and was helping to get Caylee away from KC, there would be motive. I don't think KC actually did this crime, but someone close to her could have. Chloroform would be needed to subdue an adult more so than a child.
LE is surmising that the perp is someone who knows the area and lives close by.
Blanchard Park is mentioned WAY too much for my liking. Like KC saying that the babysitter knocked her down and took Caylee there. What if KC knocked her down and someone else finished up? What if some evidence of that crime was put in to KC's car that eventually would smell.
Didn't kc mention the smell before Caylee went missing?
Then having the Chloroform on hand, it was used in a moment of rage on the 16th on poor Caylee.
i know I am rambling and need to go to sleep.
Some of the great minds like Turbo, will help me figure this out.
JMO

Why would LA be so adamant about not giving DNA? why all of a sudden has there been a break in this case, since I believe he ended up having to give it to LE?

Now this news Channel had the opposite to report:(
We have two conflicting reports on whether they have come up with a suspect.

Regardless of conflicting reports, do you think, for a minute, that KC would sit in jail for the crime of an unrelated killer of a jogger? Or even her brother? That kind of selfishness, along with her well documented behaviors once her daughter was "missing," is there a doubt that KC knows??

I do not believe there is any criminal connection concerning NG with kc's antics. However, it is a good possibility that she stole Nicole G's identity to use for her "nanny".

Nicole fits the description she gave LE of ZG.....with the exception that NG was slightly shorter, only slightly.

Nicole G....part Puerto Rican, part Black...same age, weight, hair, no tats and comes from a good family (money possibly) in NJ.....this is the description kc gave to LE.

I don't know what this means at all
]I do not believe there is any criminal connection with kc's antics.

I will say that I am 100% sure that Casey was aware of Nicole's death. The description may be right on (I just don't know enough about Nicole) but do you think the stories align that Casey knew Nicole for 1.5-3 years...since she "invented" nanny or is there a closer connection, in your opinion? Thanks!! I just don't think Casey knew of Nicole before her sad demise at all.

I don't think KC would have gone to a park at night if she knew a person was murdered there. I don't believe she put Caylee in that river, it was a park that had cops there after that murder. It was too risky. I also don't think she had anything to do with the murder, but she may have read the describion of Nicol in the paper and just used it. KC makes up lies as she goes.

OH No...I wasn't clear. I was trying to say that I don't think there is any connecition with Nicole G and kc other than it is a possibility that she read the story; saw the details of her description; and used it when the LE asked for a description of ZG.

It amazes me that she gave that description for ZG. We know she knew of the murder. Cindy warned her about the park. Kc drops it in her memory bank...sees the story and PIC online and BINGO!...the rest is history.

KC put it in her script....

This thread is a great example for us to understand just how far LE investigates crimes. Although we have very little on this case, it doesnt mean LE hasnt already looked at NG's (didn't know she was a counselor) case files to establish CA was a patient. Or, that is the reason they need LA's DNA.

My point is, despite the talk that the case against KC with regard to Caylee isn't strong, no evidence, blah blah blah, we can rest easily knowing the LE has examined everything inside and out, investigated this to the hilt, have several if not numerous theorys going, and will present this case and absolutely get a conviction.

That is why I am so highly confident in this. They have so so so much more than they are letting on. BUT..I have no doubt either that they have someone ( obviously not the detectives) reading and possibly posting on this site as well. This is a great forum for them, it is like crimestoppers on line...yeah, they probably laugh at alot of our goofy ideas, but trust me..somewhere in this forum...the truth lies within.

O.K. this is just a theory based on reading this thread. Suppose while KC was staying at RM place she discovered something that linked him to the NG murder. RM finds out and threatens KC that if she tells she will never see her daughter again and he will kill her family. Of course it doesn't explain the decomp in the trunk. Unless, Caylee saw something and could speak so she was killed. Then RM forced KC to help dispose of her body and told her to act normal or he would hurt her family. My mind is running wild this morning.

warbuckle, I don't think your theory is all that wild. We must consider all angles here and RM did an interview for a tabloid. (Globe, IIRC). My Mom always told me, "The one who talks the most has the most to hide.":)

These are my thoughts, NG and KC have a similar appearance, what if the perp was owed money and KC knew NG was at the park, Kc told the perp to meet up with her at a certain place and time. Kc is good a convincing some people with her lies. The perp arrives maybe not knowing what KC looked like, or mistook NG for KC. You never know who KC may have ripped off. Just a thought...

IMO, real crimes are usually not very complicated.....and very seldom logical. However, you sure know the perp!

Article about Nicole Ganguzza from June 11, 2008:
http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/p...=14&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1

Investigators are ruling the case a kidnapping and murder.

The woman’s body was finally found after hours of searching behind an East Orange county post office. Her car was found abandoned at Blanchard Park.

1) Please tell me Casey didn't plan Caylee's murder.

2) Should this area be searched for Caylee's body? Just in case, even in an off chance, Casey was using Nicole Ganguzza's murder as a way to explain away Caylee's demise?

ETA: more on location of post office from http://www.local6.com/news/16580566/detail.html

Orange County sheriff's deputies said the body of Nicole Ganguzza was found near a post office located about a half mile from Blanchard Park, located off state Road 50 between Dean and Rouse roads, where she routinely went to exercise.
I visited the Blanchard Park area behind the Post Office. Econ Tr. has parking next to the Econ River and the Post Office. I parked and walked the trail towards the overpass where the river flows under Colonial Drive. Under the overpass I saw a living room set up - a boombox, book shelves, clothes. Next to the fence separating the trail from the highway there are discarded clothes, blankets. I took photos. It freaked me out so bad I panicked and got out of there. That is the area where Nicole's body was found. Obviously people live under Colonial Drive on the river. The river is very wide flowing under the Econ Trail and a little wimpy flowing under Colonial Drive. It isn't far from the parking lot to the wide part of the river and it is very secluded.

What color was Nicole's car? Is a Mits. Eclipse similar at all to the car ZG supposedly drove?

I just don't believe that under those conditions, she could act so normal that she appeared carefree and happy while out partying. "Acting normal" in that situation for most people would I think be them crying in a car all day or in their bedroom avoiding people. Not being the life of the party.

I find that nice, normal people have a hard time understanding that a good looking girl, with a lot going for her, would do something so evil. And so they (and I) try to find SOME sort of other explanation, because it is so hard to wrap our brains around the fact that what appears to be a nice girl, good mom, beautiful daughter, smart, good personality - could actually be a heartless murderer. Unfortunately, though, I think that is the only logical explanation based on the evidence we've seen. I just think some of that aren't as used to those types of people in our life, just have a hard time registering the reality of who KC was/is...

MOO of course
