I just got up because I had stayed up until about 3:45 AM here (it's 10 after 9 AM now) but I just couldn't stay up longer.

I haven't seen the news here and I dont' know what's what.

Well my son just called and they are back home. They did see some pretty big waves move in from the mesa they were on with alot of Coast Guard activity.
I heard on Fox news from a seismologist that it's been estimated that the area of the epicenter moved 8ft eastward. Pretty astounding number.

Meagan Kelly on FOX just said that several people in California have been swept out to sea - Trace Gallagher is trying to verify right now.

I'm alittle confused. While watching Fox they were reporting large aftershocks,but then said there was another earthquake about the size that was in New Zealand in a different part of Japan. Did anyone else see or hear this? Are they just mistaken? Is it just aftershocks they are talking about?

Also coming up a report of people being swept away by wave in Cally. I'll report back after I hear more.

It has been identified as a separate quake and a different fault line, although the huge quake may have contributed to that fault line moving sooner than it would have otherwise.

USGS just reported that the quake ripped a hole in the earth's crust 150 miles long!!!!




Just added that the "rip" is 50 miles across - so 150 miles long and 50 miles wide!

Second quake...now I'm not one to be running through the streets holding the sign that says REPENT NOW...but I think it's going to be soon that a major US fault will go. Nothing but gut instinct...and by gut, I mean a dead set certainty in the pit of my stomach that we have only a few weeks until we aren't just watching this on the news as it happens to some other country.

Folks, you have to watch this video MARCH 11-15TH IS THE SAME ALIGNMENT AS LAST YEAR'S AXIS.

This video was uploaded on March 9, 2011 -- predicting a significant earthquake.

A perfect alignment of comet eliment and earth (sun center, etc) -- all aligned.

Predicts tokyo, san fran, los angeles, mexico city, and tehran -- all on the edges of the tetonic plates.

It says there is a small amt coming out with the steam from the reactor but it's not enough to worry about. That is what i heard anyway....
