It's not that simple. He would have had to be subjected to an in-depth deposition which is no different than an interrogation and it's not a smart move to expose oneself to that while under investigation. Most attorneys would advise against that.

If you read the FBI red flag report and listen to the 911 call, you will pick up dozens of red flags from the call that are indicative of involvement in the crime. I'm not trying to pick on anyone. I'm listening objectively and the call just isn't right. Things like not answering directly, extraneous information given, being polite, not demanding of attention for victim....all of these things are notable red flags and this is based on the study of hundreds of 911 calls and patterns that have been identified.

I'm sorry, but for the same reason that I challenge the police when they automatically assume that the husband did it due to statistics and "red flags", I have to challenge this. Most of the "red flags" can be interpreted in multiple ways. And she was called to go there by JY, there would be no reason for her to be there otherwise. I think that suggesting MF as a suspect is counterproductive.

Short version: MF's keys were found on MY's car, and about 7-8 months later, LE issued a search warrant for MF's car, which I am pretty sure Heather, Jason's sister had by then,
Anyway, the reason for the search warrant is that LE had a theory that CY was taken from the home , due to the clean condition she was found in.

No matter what is said, no matter how many times fingers get pointed in a desperate maneuver to try anything to make someone else the fall person, MF will never be a suspect for this murder by anyone in authority or anyone who matters. She will never be arrested, she will never be charged, and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about that. She's been vetted and cleared by the only people with legal authority and empowered to make those decisions. No one here has any clue about the details of the investigation and what all was done and who all was looked at. Lots of assumptions, but no personal knowledge.

The Sheriff's Dept determined MF had nothing to do with this murder. She was compelled by a murderer who called her more than once and got his momma to call her more than once, to ask her to go over to the house to retrieve an "ebay printout" that JY "forgot" to take with him (and yet he managed to take the map printout from the same session). She was given primary physical custody of her beloved niece so the coward wouldn't have to answer any questions or be psychologically examined. Guess he needed to protect himself more than his little girl.

No amount of spin will change those facts; and nothing will change the truth.

I have no opinion of MF, other than that I think the 911 call seemed completely appropriate to me. She was put into that situation because JY called her and asked her to go to the house.

At this point, I think pointing the finger at MF is a disservice without some type of substantial, objective evidence. And no one has presented any.

I am coming around to believing JY is innocent because the evidence points away from him. The "bad husband must have done it" crowd are bending over backwards to try to fit unrelated events into a narrative that simply doesn't make sense. JY has an alibi that has not been remotely disproven. In addition, I cannot fathom that there would be no physical evidence connecting him to the crime had he done it, given the nature of the crime (blood, fighting back, etc).

And none of that has to do with MF.

Respectfully, how it relates to MF --- I believe she is the only person who could have cared for and cleaned up CY. JY couldn't have done it 10 hours prior and she still remains in the condition in which she was found.

Changing the subject --- Here are some images of the footprints and why I believe they were staged. The fact that they aren't natural steps and the fact that they are all equally dark as if her feet were dipped multiple times and prints made. Also, many prints are just of the toes as if she was held and they were made. This is how it appears to me.

If she walked from the body to this room, the blood would have sunk into the carpeting and her feet would have been just about dry before she got to the bathroom. So I think we can assume she was carried to this room, but the orientation of the prints just don't look natural and should appear lighter in some areas.

Some of the prints look too large to be CY's , this could be why they came back at a later date to measure the floor tiles. Thank you for posting the pictures.
