You mean to tell me that Jason was in such a rage as he beat his wife and that he was able to balance himself on the wall and beat her one handed? And during this beating he never once moved that hand to get it in any of the blood?? Remember he was in such a rage but not enough to screw up and put his hand in blood? Never a slip of that hand..

Yes. I believe it was confirmed that they were CY's based on size. The significance of this is --- why would someone stage the prints ---only to try to show that CY was left alone all night long. I can't think of any other reason. Why would someone want it to look like she was alone all night/morning?

I looked at them again, and it looks like CY just kept walking over her own prints, and then there are prints made on the stool as if she tried to use the sink by herself. I go back and forth on whether CY witnessed anything at all, to believing she was taken from the home.The manner in which she sounded on the phone to the way she was found, does not add up to a child who saw anything traumatic.JMO

The worse part in Michelle's case is the length of time before her body was examined. She was found at 1:30 PM on Friday Nov 3th, and it wasn't until the next day around noon, that the autopsy was performed. Time of Death in this case was critical, because of the small window of opportunity JY had . LE put the time from midnight to 6 am , but there is no way of knowing when she was killed. The lights were still on in the home as were the exterior lights when she was found.

MM said in her testimony that she was told to break off all contact with JY or she would be charged as an accessory to Michelle's murder. They also told her she was an idiot for continuing to have contact with him. She at some point broke off all communications. Her testimony is @ Wral,

I find this really disgusting. Once the police came to their conclusion, which was almost immediately, it seemed that they would stop at nothing to make JY's life a living hell and isolate him from everyone else, regardless of his guilty or innocence. This is corruption at its finest.

Ummm by reading this article Dr. Clark didn't really do anything wrong. Multiple mistakes were made by the hospital and his staff. Good job though trying to single him out.

How were they isolating him? Common sense should tell you if you're sleeping with a married man and his wife, who is your best friend, is found dead you should quit seeing him. Also, by the time they interviewed her, had they ruled her out as a suspect? I really don't see how that is corruption, IMO.

It is police intimidation to threaten someone to stop talking to a suspect. Regardless of the past, she was his friend. She was not sleeping with him after the murder. And it is quite possible that they hadn't ruled her out as a suspect, but that is no excuse to use bullying tactics to do what they did.

I think this was all explained at trial. I sure will be glad when we get a ruling and can move on. Now, with this medical examiner's mistake, his testimony will be challenged in MY's case too. Take the deal!

I think the worst part in MY's case was the fact that little CY was left with her mother's dead body for hours. What a heinous thing.

Excellent hyperbole! Really top notch stuff. Nevermind the fact that JY refused to speak to anyone and nevermind the fact that JY went back to his momma's house in Brevard. Exactly how was LE "making his life a living hell?" They didn't speak with him nor he with them. He played basketball, he dated, he went on trips, he got a different job for awhile. He was free for over 3 years after the murder. Are you referring to to LE investigating him as a POI in this murder? I suppose LE should have completely ignored JY altogether and not considered him a POI or suspect because to do otherwise was to "subject him to a living hell."

Her autopsy was performed the next day but what time was she taken from the home? Did the ME come to the house before that? They can tell TOD from rigor and lividity.

How did she know what she witnessed was traumatic? All she knew was that mommy got a spanking and had boo boos. At 2 her mind couldn't process what she saw. I don't think she witnessed the murder but rather came in the room as JY was cleaning up. I think the violent attack woke her up. She stepped in MY blood and when JY found her he placed her in the bathroom, door closed while he finished then he cleaned her up, gave her meds and put her back in bed. She slept then woke up and mommy wouldn't wake up. Her doll was even found beside MY He probaly told her to not wake mommy and stay out of the mess. There was blood on MY side of the bed so she crawled on daddy's side. Evidence shows that she was in that bathroom. There is blood on the wall and on the door. That wasn't staged. Again, IF she was taken from the home it would have come out, especially if it pointed away from JY. IMO

You do understand that it is his office, his staff and that he is in charge and he is the one who had to make the offical formal apology.

Then we have to figure out how she was cleaned up because no blood was found in that bathroom's drains. Some suggest JY cleaned her with baby wipes but why would he do that? Wouldn't one clean her right there in that bathroom logically?

I wonder if they missed the blood. I don't know how accurate the test is.

Your original post said that Jason gave CY fruit snacks. It was corrected that CY told the day care workers that JY gave her farm animals fruit snacks, not her. This was in reference to how she could go all nite and morning without eating. If you scroll back, you will find those posts.

It was a partial print. Isn't it possible that his glove moved and it was just part of his palm?

Also something that tends to get overlooked is the spot of blood on the doorknob leading to the garage. Somehow people try to associate that to MF but isn't it possible that he left that as he was heading out to wash himself off outside?

Because it sounded like she was threatened by LE to stop talking to him and that was wrong. It doesn't matter if they suspect her or not, they're not allowed to threaten people to keep them from talking to people.
