Umm...that is considered acting hyper. If he was "normal" then those things you just listed wouldn't have occured. Shaking of the leg/trembling is a nervous habit. Haven't you ever had a habit like that, say if you're waiting for the doctor or nervous about something. It's just the same as biting your nails.

That is just as consistent with someone nervous about an initial meeting. I find it amazing that by the time of the meeting he would have been awake for around 27 hours. He should have been described as "He looked really wiped out."

I disagree. He was a man on a mission, IMO, and it was almost over. He just needed to go through the motions and get home. He gathered his family, slept on his mother's lap and all was right with the world. The deed was done. IMO.

Fair enough. Just trying to follow you on this. I really don't know if she was organized or disorganized nor do I think it matters. So you are saying that most people considered her organized but you don't see it? Working hard to decipher your train of thought.

I don't really think it matters either, but off the top of my head, I remember:

1. She wrote down the wrong date on her psychologists appointment and had to come back at a different date

2. She forgot to bring her checkbook and calendar to the new appointment, so the psychologist did not get paid and she did not re-schedule

3. She gave away the wrong football tickets, so their group of friends had to split up at the game

4. Left a trash can sitting on a kitchen counter

5. Left her purse on the floor where a two year old/dog could get to it

There were a few others too. She was probably trying to do too much.

"on a mission" or not, he should have looked wiped out if he did all that they alleged. He even decided to visit another customer and didn't have to, it did nothing for his alibi. No reason for it and he would have been at his mom's sooner.

Agree, if we start with Jason waking up around 7-8am on Nov 2nd and not knowing what he did all day, except cutting the grass and waiting until last minute to print directions for his meeting and the purse printouts, we have him in Greensboro NC at 9-9:30 pm, and then at Hillsville at almost 11:PM. So, he stays around the hotel for a hour until midnite then makes a round trip back to Raleigh getting him back in Hillsville again around 7:am, if you think he killed Michelle.
By 10:30 am he is in Clintwood, Va...... then drives approx another 4 hours to Brevard, he has now been awake for almost 32 straight hours. One word...Impossible.

There were several. I don't think this came to light until many months later. All from his family. Not JY. He remained mum remember? Or maybe he didn't? How would they know what was missing? Did he speak or didn't he?

BBM. You are posting your opinion as fact and without links.

Jason had no legal reason to remain silent about his home, his property. You are aware he sold the home and moved?

Yes, he spoke to people about generalities. Watch the trial.

IMO, he was killing time. He needed to be sure MY had been found before he arrived home. Then he slept in the car coming back to Raleigh.

How is that impossible? How about the female astronaut who drove 900 miles? She was on a mission and so was JY, IMO.

That's another point --- Why mow the lawn that day if he knows he's about to commit a crime so heinous that he will never again want to step foot in the house? Surely he would know that he wouldn't be staying there again following the murder, so why bother cutting the grass at all? I think it's important to look at the actions of people not just after a crime but also before.

Why did he have to make sure she had been found before he arrived in Brevard?

He was trying to put as much distance between himself and Michelle's murder. IMO

That makes no sense. The alibi was that he was at the HI that night. None of the time after that matters as far as what may or may not incriminate him. (Unless he didn't show up for the meeting or something like that.)

Makes sense to me. He, IMO, is a coward. He wanted Michelle's own sister to find her so he didn't have to.

Makes sense to me that the female burglar would take care of the child.

So now we have a female burgler......and whm might you be referring to? There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE at all that points to a burgler male or female.

Okay, assuming that's true...what difference does it make if he arrives at his mom's before it's discovered? Certainly he can't be the one to find the body when he's 200 miles away.

My point is that there was no reason for him to visit an additional customer when he's already so exhausted from being awake all night and all the driving and cleaning up, filling up the gas tank with what would have to have been previously purchased gas in cans he would have had to have with him and then disposing of the cans, tampering with cameras at just the right time, etc. Exhausting just thinking about it. Why not just go to his mom's? There was no logical reason to kill more time out and about. I believe this strongly points to innocence as does mowing the lawn the day before and calling MM first thing in the morning (knowing certainly that his calls would be looked at).

Why would the Fishers be reporting items stolen when it was JY's house?

Well since you brought it up.....why didn't Jason go with investigators in the first place to ascertain what was missing, what was askew.........

Because his attorney's told him not to.
