Who reported this missing and when? The Fishers were never allowed in the house.

Why would the Fishers be reporting items stolen when it was JY's house?

Are we even sure that was Michelle's purse on the kitchen floor...I never put my purse on the floor......I am thinking maybe it was a pocketbook or bag that CY played with..it looks empty and there are other bags next to it.

No mother of a 2-year-old would keep her purse on the kitchen floor unless she wanted a 2-year-old dig through it and find things such as pens to write on the walls. And, you're right, it could have been something CY played with.

Did they have a jewelry rider?

Who knows? That is private information. They wouldn't have to make a separate claim of theft considering a murder took place there and the homeowner died and property was destroyed.

Heres the purse.... Why would she leave her purse in the floor like that with others walking around--like JY and her friend who came over.. Thats just in the way..Someone could have tripped over it... Looks like CY may have been playing with an old purse....

Doesnt even look like anything is in the purse.... If I threw my purse on the floor like that tons of stuff would spill out....

It was on the search warrant.

There were several. I don't think this came to light until many months later. All from his family. Not JY. He remained mum remember? Or maybe he didn't? How would they know what was missing? Did he speak or didn't he?

I have, and I don't recall any testimony that placed a man with wedding ring and a woman with bushy hair inside any property of the Young's, let alone at the murder scene. Well there was some evidence of JY's DNA 56" up the wall near his dead wife's body, with blood spatter around but not on that print. So yes, I guess there is evidence of a man and blockage of blood in that area. And of course there's evidence (in blood no less) of JY's size 12 orbital sole shoes at the scene of the murder. Wonder how those shoes got from his feet (as seen in the Cracker Barrel pics/video the night before) over to his house at Birchleaf.

Otherwise there was no evidence of soccer-mom-type-vehicle occupants in the house, not in MY's vehicle, not anywhere else according to CB. The closest these people in a soccer mom type van appeared to get was the very end of a driveway and then onto Birchleaf, assuming that sighting actually occurred on the morning of the murder itself and not some other day.

Of course there is. Please refer to the unidentified DNA

She never had the chance. She was playing around her mother's cold, dead body. Walking in her blood comforting her with her baby doll wanting to fix her boo boos.

Maybe she knew she was supposed to be getting a new coach purse.
Sorry this is not a joking matter but thought I would lighten the mood.

MF gave MY the purse.

And I completely doubt the organized thing since there were numerous instances stated in the trial of her being completely unorganized. Even worse than me and I am pretty bad:)

I don't understand where that comes from.

JY on the stand testified several times about MY being very, very organized.

Yeah. The disorganization was news to me. Don't recall that. Just the opposite.

Here's the doorknob with blood in relation to the purse. The photo is taken from the kitchen looking towards the front entrance.

This is the well lit, protected area where Jason was smoking and checking the newspaper

In fact, darn near everyone said it. But I just don't see it. At all.

Huh? I thought you said people testified to her disorganization? Are you retracting that? You are saying your opinion and observation is otherwise? Just trying to clarify.

I am saying darn near everyone mentioned her organizational skills it but I don't see it.

Fair enough. Just trying to follow you on this. I really don't know if she was organized or disorganized nor do I think it matters. So you are saying that most people considered her organized but you don't see it? Working hard to decipher your train of thought.
