I think so ?Spousal privilege means husband can't be compelled to testify about anything his wife may have told him - right?
Anyone here with more 'legalese' ?

I've wondered how long he's possibly been deceased. She had to come up with some reason he wasn't with his siblings when school started. She's admitted that his siblings were coached as to what to say about his disappearance. Imagine how they felt. She's a pitiful excuse for a mother.I agree. Normal loving parents call 911 and even may beg them to resusitate a child who is clearly gone. Even if the child OD'd on illegal drugs, I have heard of cases where the parents claimed the child must have found the drugs playing outside.
Hiding their body often means wanting to hide abuse. But let's see. Just speculation.
That was the first thing I thought when I saw the timing. Someone realized that the system would be watching.I've wondered how long he's possibly been deceased. It may not apply if the spouses are co-conspirators.Spousal privilege means husband can't be compelled to testify about anything his wife may have told him - right?
Thank you for bringing this forward. Fent is absolutely dangerous, but an OD due to random touch is extremely rare.MOO while I agree we probably will find out she’s not referring to melatonin gummies, this fentanyl-related myth persists and causes people to refuse to help in emergencies. Luckily, one can’t OD on fentanyl this way. From UC Davis:
Can fentanyl be absorbed through the skin or by touching an item or surface where it is present?
It is a common misconception that fentanyl can be absorbed through the skin, but it is not true for casual exposure. You can't overdose on fentanyl by touching a doorknob or dollar bill. The one case in which fentanyl can be absorbed through the skin is with a special doctor-prescribed fentanyl skin patch, and even then, it takes hours of exposure
As soon as they said he went to bed, and they woke up the next morning and discovered he was gone, just up and vanished, figured he'd not be found alive. That song and dance seems to show up quite often in these type of cases. That was the first thing I thought when I saw the timing. Someone realized that the system would be watching.
In Kentucky they do not have that privilege if:It may not apply if the spouses are co-conspirators.
Fingers crossed.
IMO.
Then after all is said and done these ‘parents’ are only being charged with 2nd degree! Our country is falling apart from within.
WKYT reported this. LE were exposed to fentanyl in homes where the touched items that exposed them to fentanyl and got sick. They didn't die though.MOO while I agree we probably will find out she’s not referring to melatonin gummies, this fentanyl-related myth persists and causes people to refuse to help in emergencies. When I was in 5th grade, a classmate was hit by a car and in a coma for a couple of months. I remember my teacher telling us he wouldn't pull through (what a thing to say!) But, he recovered!Father Jim is partnering with ‘Soul Shine Industries’ to make Jayden a customized Spider-Man themed casket.
Breathitt County Schools are asking students and staff to wear blue for Jayden tomorrow and Friday.
There will be another vigil for Jayden at 8:30 on Saturday at Douthitt Park in Jackson.

I was thinking the kind of tote people use to store Christmas trees, but if they were living in a trailer idk if they had that much storage space? I imagine more details will emerge at some pointI'm willing to bet that someone went out and bought a tote. Who has empty totes that size just lying around? Unless Jayden's clothes and other belongings came in one when he was moved to live with them.
That, IMO, would have been used to prevent detection of cadaver scent in a vehicle and searches of the burial ground.
