Jayden Spicer, 10, August 6, 2025 *mother arrested*

The pessimist in me finds it interesting for an entirely different reason: Was today going to be the first time someone outside of his household saw him in a while? (I'm wondering if he's been missing longer than reported.)

This is all very much MOO. I haven't seen any solid reasons to suspect foul play.
My question exactly.

Hinky meter turned itself on.

But, fingers crossed for a "found safe" outcome.

Mother has given a handwritten note saying they want him home. She doesn't want her name released. It's in last paragraph.

MOO- she could want privacy for any number of reasons including wanting to hide from a former abusive partner or something like that. Out of the ordinary, but not necessarily suspicious (again imo)

I don't like this

I appreciate giving her the benefit of the doubt, but her child is missing and possibly in danger and she wants to hide rather than shout from the rooftops for everyone to hear, "Find my child!"

It's odd.

I hope the police can verify when Jayden was last seen by someone outside of his immediate family.

I don't know what to think about this. Would a 10 yr old boy run away in his pajama pants?

Who runs away the night before school starts? Only kids who really have anxiety about school I guess.

But maybe the parents were anxious because everyone expected their son to arrive at school the next morning?

I shouldn’t judge off one photo but the one we do have that boy looks exhausted, the look kids in a disfunctional or abusive household have. I thought the same thing about the two young siblings who are still missing in Canada. Both cases the kids disappear at unusual times. The kids in Canada were reported missing after being out of school sick for a couple days and now this boy is reported missing the day he’s supposed to be returning to school from summer vacation. Like others said, maybe he’s got bad anxiety about starting school…I hope that’s all it is…

Imo something is very wrong here.

Praying he's found safe 🙏💙🙏View attachment 606742
not the most articulate or grammatically correct of notes. Emphasis on We love Jayden as it is stated twice. I can certainly see the mother not wanting to appear on camera. It wouldn't be my decision, I would be screaming from the rooftops, but maybe she is camera shy or just a plain a nervous wreck.

But not wanting her name published? That strikes me as a bit odd. JMO. Not casting shade. Just puzzled.

ETA re the BBM who is we? We his family, We me and his siblings, We his father and I, We my boyfriend and I . . .? Curious about the other half of the we and if that person also wishes not to be identified.

Shoes or no?
What kind of shoes?
How did he leave , window or door?
Does he have a normal way to get ,to this place or that place? like does he know how to get to the store on his own , even though he cant get there alone? or would he know how to get to a place he knows?
Is he the type of kid to think Narnia is a real place?
Have they got a scent of him from a dog? Footprints ? Anything?

Also I’m surprised the parents of a missing child can just ask to not be identified and the police will respect it?

50/50 on this one bit early to tell hoping it doesn't turn into another case like Jack and Lilly 🤞

Oh I don’t like this at all.

I am not a fan of the very dark circles under Jayden's eyes. The little mouse has something going on......it's haunting me. IMO
