• Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Green eyes. Myers may have a goatee. He may spell his first name "Jeffery" and/or his last name "Meyers", and may use the nickname Jeff. He has a scar on his right cheek and a scar on the right side of his forehead. Myers had the following tattoos: a swastika and the letters WP on his right forearm, a skull on his right upper arm, a panther's face on his right upper chest, a skull with a design in the eyes on his left forearm, a tribal design and the letters TV on his left upper arm, tour lines in a group on his right pinky finger and and two lines at the base of that finger, the name "Karen" and two hearts on his left ring finger, a rabbit on his lower left leg, the number 911 on the back of his neck, a pit bull on the right side of his chest, and Hebrew letters on the right side of his neck. On his back he has tattoos of the name "Tracy", flames, a skeleton, a Playboy bunny, the words "Wood Society" and SS lightning bolts. A photo of Myers's neck tattoo is posted with this case summary.

Myers was last seen in Ottawa, Kansas on August 7, 2012. He said he was going to return a car to someone in Topeka, Kansas, and he has never been heard from again. Myers may be driving an older model (possibly 1980s) silver four-door car. Few details are available in his case.

Remains of Ottawa, Kansas man missing since 2013 found

OTTAWA, Kan. — Nearly a decade after a Kansas man disappeared, investigators say they’ve found his body.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said it conducted hundreds of interviews and searched for his body for years. Deputies found human remains in a remote area of Osage County in March 2021.

The sheriff’s office said the remains have been identified as Myers.

The Osage County Sheriff’s Office is investigating Myers death as a homicide. Anyone with information about his disappearance or death is asked to contact the Osage County Sheriff’s Office at 785-828-3121 or [email protected].
