The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.

Jeremie Shin, 28, was last seen on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m., in the Charles Street and Church Street East area.

He is described as 5'9", 161 lbs., with dark hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue Helly Hansen knee-length winter jacket, brown leather Converse shoes, black jeans and carrying a black backpack.

Thank you for posting - bumping with some additional insight possibly or direction for the websleuths community west of Ontario who might stumble upon this - Jeremie has been known to venture out west, Salmo BC, Edmonton AB, and he has often remarked on how badly he wanted to go back out to Alberta again, but the week he was last seen was frigid. The roads out west through the mountains is hazardous that time of year and no one has heard nor seen anything of him since February. From what I know he doesnt have his passport but he did not bring any phone / computer with him which isn't necessarily a strange move for him, but it's been a long time with absolute radio silence on his end to any of us (his friends, his family, people who work with him in Toronto, our friends out west) and again .. hopefully this bump reaches someone who might have seen him. Thank you
