One of Sandusky's grounds is that there should have been a change of venue. Sandusky specifically declined the offer.

He is hoping for a Cosby-like save. Don't think it is going to happen.

Cosby had legitimate Fifth Amendment issues and never should have gone to court. This was "old Jer" thinking he could milk sympathy from Centre County residents for all it was worth.

I believe Sandusky knows he has no chance of getting out and is just keeping busy while living in his twilight years.

Sandusky's choice of victims could also be part of his problem. He chose children who were truly appreciative of his interest and perceived opportunities from his attention. Foster children, homeless children, children in single parent homes, who more than likely saw Sandusky as a super nice guy.

It annoys me, because I know so many truly good men, who enjoy helping others, and are tainted by someone like Sandusky, who did nothing but exploit children for his own gratification.

Everything but the kitchen sink. Sandusky has issues with several things, aside from one witness with potential "memories". If that witness is struck, he still has several other witnesses that testified against him. Zero potential for rehabilitation. He is still denying his actions are the reason why he is incarcerated.

Seems like he should've been a candidate for good old prison justice a long time ago. Ugh.

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky has filed a new appeal to his child sex abuse conviction, claiming "new evidence" warrants a new court hearing.
