I'm still confused. Why would Jesse not tell LE if he'd seen Casey or Caylee on the 15th or 16th, even if the gone missing date of the 9th was wrong?

I am sure he HAS told LE when he saw Casey and he has told them the last time he saw Caylee, Dec. 2007. We just don't know when after June 16th he saw Casey or if he did. JB knows and he could use it to spin reasonable doubt if he saw Casey.

IMO there is another 200 pages that have follow up interviews based on June 16th being the missing date.

I believe LE is at a point in the investigation where they have a deceased Caylee in the trunk of the car, but they have yet to "link" that body with KC. Just having a body in your trunk doesn't mean YOU put it there - LE HAS TO TIE KC TO THAT BODY somehow, someway. And I believe they will, if they could recover Caylee's remains - that would be a tremendous help - but there are still ways it can be done.

Without Caylee's body, probably the highest charge they can get Casey on is manslaughter. With a body, it's murder.

No wonder LE is waiting as long as possible to file charges.

Wow, I haven't had time yet to read all your responses but I was listening to Geraldo again and I can't believe Cindy is spreading the word that Jesse is responsible for the death of Caylee and putting her body in Casey's trunk. That sounds like the most ridiculous story I have every heard. What is wrong with that Cindy??? I am outraged at this. Her daughter tells a ton of outrageous lies and she tries to frame this poor boy???

There was someone else her trying to imply that too. Shame on Cindy for spreading that around to people. That is horrific!
